What's Good: Location
What needs to improve : Staff behavioir.they are frauds and are hurting Yatra's brand value. I am going to share my experience on all social.media sites including Facebook and Twitter and make sure none of other customers get cheated by these crooks.
Reason For Rating : Please do not have the up with such hotel if you have want to keep your brand value.we had booked 2 rooms and as per voucher 1 room was for 3 adults and 1 room was for 2 adults and 2 kids. However the rooms given were only having beds enough for 2 adults .they did not even give us extra beds on our request. If in voucher we are getting such a break up as a customer I would expect that rooms will be big enough to accomodate the people as per break up given in the voucher .Pathetic service for the The Fab Dawn hotel Mysore.

What's Good: The ambience of the room is magnificent, thanks to Yatra its was total money saver pack for us. I don't think anyone could get a better deal than this
What needs to improve : Nothing specific, just that they keep customers wait for a little longer than supposed to. But worth the while as it was weekend and its always busy at hotel during sundays

What's Good: 1. Having charged 1500 for extra person, at least they could have provided mattress of a decent quality. What they have in their stock is cotton mattresses of cheapest quality picked up from a local market. We preferred to share double bed with 3 folks rather than suffering from backache. No response from reception even after calling them repeatedly. 2. Shower nozzles were not cleaned up for salt deposits. It started functioning when we cleaned it by ourselves. 3. They are charging extra even for that cheap quality of bath soap. 4. Stains on the bed linen. 5. Breakfast taste can be improved. Definitely NOT going to there in future.

What's Good: Hotel was not well maintained, they don't have thier own restaurant so they served cold breakfast and when asked for tea they have provided half a cup stating that its complimentary so we will be getting half cup only.Other thing that their water from taps is very colorful pure green in color. unfortunately was not able to take pictures. but sharing pics for tea and bed where still they kept plastic and while night it is slipping.

I made a booking at FabHotel Dawn Mysore for 5-6th May 2018 through booking.com. During booking I had indicated that I will be traveling late. Just to be on safe side I also mailed to fab hotel customer care and I got a reply that the information has been passed on to the hotel. Midway through my journey to Mysore on 5th May, FabHotels called me to inform that they have cancelled my booking due to some electrical problem in the room and all other rooms are booked hence they cannot host us. I find it very strange that only the two rooms that were booked by me were affected by this problem. The person who called us did not have any convincing answer to this. Please avoid this hotel. I am not even trying to list the troubles that we had to go through because of this abrupt cancellation on a crowded weekend.

The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms and good bed and all other needs.It was nice time.The rooftop cafeteria of hotel was great but the food was not very good, they maintain same kind of varieties for all 7 days (I was there about 5 days), this one thing i felt very bad. Overall experience was GOOD..!

Rooms need renovation.The room was good but washroom seemed very old.Also the bedsheets & blankets seemed untidy.There were many hair on it.Same with the washroom.Restaurant was good enough but service was very slow

The staff @ front desk is very rude. They promise something and deliver something. I would never visit this hotel again in my lifetime or recommend it to anyone else. One Horrible and terrible experience. FabHotels need to look at how the staff treat their customers.

Location is average and away from hustle bustle. Didnt suit my taste. Check in process was delayed and in no apologetic tone I was told that was how it was. Breakfast is served in a place that is nothing less than a hot oven. Breakfast options limited too with only two members to service all those in the hall.
