I was made the booking for Hotel Parvathi International but they have allocated the room in Hotel Parvathi Residency(same group). The hotel is not up to the mark.Its pretty old and very less facilities. A/C was not working properly.

i recently stayed in this hotel with my family. On the way i read the review in clear trip which had mixed reviews. so i was worried. But the hotel was way better than what I thought it is. they have renovated the rooms and it looks very new. the hotel has good parking facilities. the staffs were very friendly and over all i had a very good stay.

I stayed their on 09/01/15 to 11/01/15,good room,good room service,food is not good.but the management is irresponsible.Yesterday night I informed the manager that I will vacate room in the morning 3.45 so you prepare the bill and make an arrangement for a taxi to reach the Railway station and my train is on 4.20 am.He told me that everything will be ready there.But in the morning he is not there,and a man was sleeping on the floor in front of the counter,I woke him up,he told me that bill is not ready,and the manager didn't inform him about my vacate,he told me to wait 10 minutes.I couldn't wait at that time,as per my request he calculated the total amount and I gave that money without bill.He didn't arrange any vehicle.He told me that you will get auto on the road.I walked 15 minutes with my all luggage. At last I found an auto,driver was sleeping,I woke up him,and I reached at the station on 4.15 and got the train.I never felt such a bad experience from any hotels.

It was a good hotel.But management is poor.I had booked for two double-beded rooms.But when i reached there only one room was ready.Another small room they gave me.I had to stay in one proper room and a small room.

Had a very bad experience in the hotel. Very poor customer service. Don't ever pay for rooms in advance. They try all methods to squeeze money out of you. The sheets and towels were so very worn out.The quality of food is even worse.
