Was in Nagpur just for one day & had a early morning landing time. So planned to stay in a hotel close to my clients office. Reached there at 7.30 in morning. The reception is at 3rd floor and someone kept the lift door open. Even after complaining 3 times no one closed the door. It took them 15 Mins to do that. After that the reception guys is totally blank. He had no idea what exactly is happening. He was totally blank about which room is occupied and which one is available. he took another 20 mins to figure that out. After that he gave me a room where Ac was not working. No doubt he changed it after complaining at once but he took another 20 mins for that. Room totally untidy. Pillows were stinking, TV remote not working, staff too slow to respond. Luckily i didn't had to stay overnight or else i would have definitely not be able to sleep. Over all a horrible experience.

Located in an apartment building with rooms across different floors. Room is just big enough to accomodate the bed. Ok for a night stay for business people on the move. Has an inhouse kitchen which serves food as per order.

The hotel is very close to the markets like Sitabuldi, The railway station is closeby. The room provide to us was large with good Wifi connectivity. Their room service and house keeping was average. The hotel does not have a proper restaurant and the Breakfast which is given complimentary is not worth the Rs.300/- they charge. The front office staff was fairly good

Booked through Booking.com site, seeing 3 stars at reasonable rate if plans and nice photos. They offered free pickup from airport. Inspite of informing them flight arrival time, pickup was not available when came out, as such have to take prepaid cab, and after reaching halfway got call from hotel driver that he has reached airport for pickup. Room size good but not cleaned properly, mosquito were there. Almirah in the room also not clean.Towel was not there and have to call reception to provide it. No restaurant in the hotel. Food provided from hotel kitchen in room. Even Ice cream was not available though mentioned in Menu provided in room.Toiletries only soap and moisturizer in bathroom there. Only one water bottle provided.TV in room attached to cable service, no list of channels as such difficult to search besides most of good channels not subscribed by hotel as such not authorized.Thus looking to all above room charges are on quite higher side.

This is the most worst experience of my life.. The breakfast gheu serve is cooked on soya bean oil.. Yuks....and it's limited if you have to order one more slice of bread apart from what they have given they charge your xtra..the housekeeping guys don't understand what's ordered they have to be told twice or you have to return the wrong order and place a new one.. The room cleaning service have to be told at least twice to clean the room and then at times you get a reply Thodi der baad karte hain.. The cleaning is generally dine after two in the afternoon.. I first few days we were not even told that there is a complimentary water bottle given it was only when we asked they started to send the mineral water bottle.. Third class staff and they have no manners to talk to customers I happen to ask them for the third class services they provide the manager replied to me that humare Yaha aisehi hota hain ..what attitude.. There is no generator system in the hotel.. You have to wait for hours if the electricity goes off... I would rather write an essay on this third grade hotel.. But would only advice guys beware and don't ever step into this one.. The hotel owner himself is full of attitude and when complained to him he says you can go and stay in a five star hotels.. Boss if I am paying for the service I need to get things right.. I wasn't given any concession for the bad treatment from their staff at the time of my check out... Manerless and indeciplined people full of yuks attitude..
