I am sorry to say but this is my worst experience at any HOTEL so far. Oyo rooms are much better than this Deluxe room.Rooms were so dirty, dust on the table and rats potty found near the bed. No towel or soap provided in untill I asked for it. ID card not returned by the hotel while checking . I was in bathroom and there is shortage of water. Almost waited for 25 mins with wet body in bathroom. Most importantly, they have not maintained any checkin register when i asked for the complain register they said that it is in Bilaspur and will come after 10 days. The caretaker also said that I am not in my Sasural, and shouldn't expect anything more than what is provided.

Respected travelers, this is not a hotel. It is a very basic guest house with limited or no amenities. You have to request/beg for toiletries, bed sheets, towels and cleanliness. Rooms are in the basement. I had to upgrade for which they charged me more than what this hotel or rooms deserve. Extra charge for air conditioner. No value for money. Even if you think you can book this as a stopover on the way to Manali or higher, don't ever do that. This hotel is off the way. You have to go 50 KM plus so not at all the right option for a stopover. This is not located in Bilaspur. Bilaspur is good 100 KM ahead. People who visit this place are pilgrims to Naina Devi temple. The front office attendant is an uneducated and dumb person who just doesn't understand anything and demands money in advance for everything. The food is poor and unhygienic due to the surroundings in which it is prepared. The place is total mess. It is unhygienic, uncomfortable, dirty, poor staff, poor food. Do yourself a big favor by NOT visiting this place.

This isn't a place for a planned stay. The stay should be if and only there is emergency. The rooms are in a bad state. We had taken two rooms. Our room had a broken air-conditioner plug point, loose switch, dirty wash basin and uncleaned bathroom. The other room was equally poor in maintenance and hygiene. The overall level of cleanliness did not inspire confidence to believe the bedsheets would have been clean...since they were in dark brown prints couldn't really find stains on them. The air-conditioners though local and very old worked in both rooms without a problem all through the stay. The drainage pipes were broken and it seemed the garbage of plastic bottles was dumped in the backyard. The two boys they have to help manage the affairs are un trained. We had breakfast here and few rounds of tea during our stay and the two untrained boys who were helping in odd jobs and were also cooking....The paranthas were very ordinary. It shall be worth if they can improve on their hygiene conditions.
