What's Good: Absolutely Nothing to like about the Hotel.
What needs to improve : The room, location, cleanliness, staff behaviour, etc.
Reason For Rating : The hotel room was pathetic. Bathroom was stinking. Bathroom fittings & Electrical fittings were not in good condition. There was seepage in the room. In addition to the above, there were insects in the room as well as bathroom.

What's Good: Hotel room was poorly located in the whole property. No floor furnishing, poor quality soap, no toothpaste kit. Intercom not working. Only thing good was open park space in the center of the property for kids to play and sit down /relax. Overall price high for this kind of experience.

What's Good: Small but nice hotel. Staff and room service is good. Hotel is somehow far from Mall Road but hotel is providing pick and drop facility.

When you show your booking voucher, they will say we have not recieved email from OYO/MMT etc. I saw multiple people complaining about it. I had to spend 2 hrs coordinating with MMT/OYO to provide them vouchers via email. Later at checkout they said you will have to pay extra as amount they received from MMT is less. Mad,Crazy and non-cooperative staff, Poor service, unhygienic rooms, too far from Mall road.

A bit away from main Mall Road, Rooms are Ok and Big enough But services are very pathetic,Didn't provided basis breakfast and while asked, Manager said- " There is a group today so we have to serve good food them " for them we were not the guest.

Worst experience with the availability of rooms OYO booking showed one room at time if booking and on arrival we got one of the worst rooms which were on the ground floor straight in front of parking drivers were sleeping in cars and rooms were straight in front of them Only good quality food was available except that nothing else was worth in hotel Cant rely on OYO booking any more Rates were no where matching with the quality of the allotted rooms

We stayed at Hotel Relax Inn from 24th May to 26th May 2018 and it was an awesome and a memorable stay.Hotel property is well maintained and staff was extremely cooperative .I was travelling with an Infant and the hotel staff made sure that she was well taken care of .All her food was made at the hotel itself .Food was very tasty .Special mention for Mr. Farhan who took regular feedbacks and if there was any problem,and Yogesh who looked after my kid's food really well.

Pathetic service and Worst staff. I had big hopes since this was my Honeymoon package and I read good reviews about this hotel but my experience is completely the opposite. At the time of check in (i reached at 3.00 pm), I was made to sit for 40 minutes and wait till they got my room ready. To add on to it, shower was not working at all. Low water pressure in taps took half an hour for the bucket to get full. The towels were dirty and stinking badly. Upon complaining they arranged the cleaned ones though. Tea cups had dust in them as if they were not cleaned for a month. They had provided a kettle but NO MILK as if they assumed their customers to bring MILK from home. The next morning, we were ready for our breakfast which we found was under cooked. Upon requesting for a simple toast, they could not get it to us for about half an hour and we ended up leaving the Hotel without taking our breakfast since we were getting late for our check out. The icing on the cake is that their so called General manager (may be the owner) was not apologetic at all with no sympathy. Even after explaining all things to him, his attitude was on top of the world. He had not courtesy of assuring that he did acknowledge my feedback. I would not recommend anyone to ruin the experience by paying to such morons who do not care about their customers. I wish I could give them a -10 rating over here. I am surprised how big brands like MMT and OYO are dealing with such stupid and disgusting service providers who are spoiling their brand value as well. P.S. - This package was booked from Make My Trip and Hotel was from OYO. A Big Noooooooooooooooooo.
