The room maintenance is poor.Bath rooms taps are blocked. The counter staff is very rude and rigid. Not worth staying at any cost. They skip breakfast even after confirming at the time of check-in and when asked told that they offer only for online customers. What a funny reply. Pathak who sits on reception is not courteous.

Awesome hotel. We stayed in Corner hotel, which is just walking Distance from Mall road. Rooms were in perfect condition. Service is quite good, staff is ready to listen as soon as you have a problem. Wifi doesn't work in room, but is quite strong near the reception area, I even booked tatkal from there reception. Breakfast is quite good and heavy, like toast, sandwich, boiled eggs, banana, watelmelon, parathas were served. Gyeser werr available for hot water. They had little water problem in the bathroom which was temporary.

This hotel we book about 1500 RS rooms are good but here no view point, but according price it's good,they give free break fast.no lunch dinner arrangement here,you need to hire a car or walk 500 MTR on mountain.

We stayed here only for a night and experience was bad. The staff appeared to be busy in spot booking. It was told to me that all rooms are same. But I saw staff showing rooms to tourists and telling them - We are offering you the best room. Staff were not co-operative. When requested for a doctor in an emergency situation, the staff didn't even care for it. Will not even think of staying here again.

Sometimes even a single bad event can change the flavour of your entire trip.In this case there were many. What does a person, on a vacation, look for in a hotel? Good location Clean, warm/cool rooms Good food But in this case there was none. I visited Nainital in Apr'16, along with my wife and my parents.We had booked this hotel as it came out to be very cheap. So , let me put this very straight from the begining, we had no expectation from this hotel. Still there has to be some basic standards that any hotel should adhere to. When we arrived in the hotel, they couldn't give us rooms as per our booking. Eventhough it was way past the check in time of 10 am. So we had to adjust in one room and freshen up. Anyways, like i said, not much expectations. They didnot have any breakfast to serve after 10am. Infact they had nothing that they could serve to hungry guest. So don't reach there hungry. The rooms that we got were all stinky. Also the beds were not made when we returned in the evening. So messy housekeeping. They did serve breakfast the next day. But they had no dedicated space for it. It was served next to the reception. Further they had put only 2-3 chairs. When i asked the manager to put more chairs, very conviniently he denied. Next, on their website they say that they can make arrangement of taxis for sightseeing or dropping. Unlucky for us we availed one such service. We had requested the manager to book us a taxi to drop us at the bus stand to board our return bus.He confirmed that he has booked the taxi. But when it was quite late and there was no sign of any taxi, I enquired at the reception. The person incharge had changed and this guy had no knowledge of any taxi. And he was so adament that he wouldn't even can call the previous guy to enquire. Luckily we manged our way to the bust stop on time. In a time when hotels go for extra mile in regards to customer satisfaction, we also have such examples. Big.. big example of mismanagemnt. This was our last interaction with the place and unluckily it was a sour one. I have a message to the managemnt of the hotel please take the feedbacks positively and try to improve on them. In the meanwhile, my suggestion to the fellow travellers, please avoid this hotel.
