What's Good: Towel dirty, one towel, hotel room cleanliness poor

The experience of this hotel is worst ever in whole of my life. My profession requires lot of travel and I have seen many hotels and trust me I have not experienced anything worst than this hotel. Property is good, no complaints. But things take worst turn when it comes to staff. Most of your requests will fall on deaf ear. And thats the least of your problems, if you try to reason with the staff you will be shown your place. Breakfast will not be ready even at 9 am. Dinner time mentioned on Menu card is till 11pm, but you won't get anything after 10.30 pm. Be it in-room or in restaurant. No Wi-Fi No subscription to English movie channels or any sports channels. No laundry service. Only Veg food. No toiletries except for tiny Medimix soap. Drinking water provided is never genuine (with fake seals). No outside view from half of the rooms. Rude staff. No newspapers. No iron/iron board. Not at all worth the price. If you want to stay in peace avoid this hotel. I would not stay here again even for free.

It is just ok place. In Nanded, it is at reasonable price and near to Railway station. Booking is available in makemytrip also. Rooms are average in size and has minimum facilities for the stay.......

I am not sure where to begin this review; perhaps the "early check-in fee" would be a nice start. I booked 2 rooms for a night and 2 days. Our train arrived in Nanded at around 6:30 AM, the hotel staff rudely refused my request to send a car to the station to pick us up since our aged parents were traveling with us. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that they have a "policy" of charging an extra "early check-in fee" for anybody wanting to check in before noon. This extra fee is "cash-only" and they refused to put it on the bill. (more on that later) We were also told that the food bill would be cash-only, something I begrudgingly accepted, amongst the other nonsense that the receptionist spouted off. The rooms themselves were generally unclean, sheets were dirty, the air conditioner controls were destroyed, the toilet stank, and the WiFi did not work. When I complained about it, I was given the usual "technical problems, not our fault" excuse with an attitude. For a hotel that charges INR 2000 a night, and advertises WiFi, I take fault with this behavior. 3 hours before we were supposed to check out, I was informed that the credit card machine had stopped working mysteriously and that I would have to pay the final amount in cash. This was the final straw and it all came to a head at check-out time. They refused to fix the machine, and demanded that I go to an ATM and withdraw 10K in cash or else. The hotel managers attitude was incredibly cavalier, especially in light of the fact that we had a train to catch within the next hour. Sensing our desperation, they just stalled, lying to us that the credit card machine could not be fixed. I relented and paid the total in cash, and insisted that the early check-in fee be put on the bill, threatening to call the police. It was only after this, that the reception manager put the amount on the final bill. I am attaching a picture of the final bill with the "early check-in fee" highlighted, just so potential travelers are forewarned. Restaurant: The restaurant(Radhe) that is attached with the hotel was under construction, and had 3 tables in all. The interior was filthy and the tables were caked with dust. There were insects everywhere and just one person waiting the tables, taking orders and serving food. On our first night, we attempted to go there for dinner, but were turned away because there were "too many mosquitoes." Do not stay here, this hotel is run like they have nothing to lose.

Overall experience is one of the worst I had till date. While checking out., the receptionist talks about paying food bill in cash while stay can be settled in card. Also they are charging GST without any GSTIN no. On the bill and so is the service tax to consumers. Please avoid your stay here if possible.

Its an average property. Ours was a last minute booking right on new year's eve and hence may be we got a left over room. It wasn't that clean esp. the washroom which was very stinky, no exhaust and full of mosquitoes. The property is quite old and not well maintained. Anyway we stayed for 2 nights and the experience wasn't that great. Corrdor is narrow and rooms are very close to each other. Its located hardly a KM from Huzur Saheb and one can easily walk or take an auto available nearby. Also very close to Rly station. Didn't have any food from the hotel so can't comment on that.
