    Reason For Rating : Yatra specified the deluxe room as suitable for 3 adults and 1 child. However, the bed is only fit for 2 adults and 1 child. Other than this, our stay was impeccable.

    What's Good: Clean functional rooms, fridgr in the room, great breakfast.

    Reason For Rating : The room we stayed had a few plumbing issues in the bathroom. They were not big enough to complain about but we're irritating as sometimes the flush used to keep running until you pushed again and the water stopped. The tap in the bathroom kept dripping small drops of water even after closing it very tight.

    Reason For Rating : It is a noisy hotel and can't think of using it for good night's sleep. We could hear people speaking from other room whole night. They have a metal detector which beeps as you enter. Serves no purpose other than adding to the nuisance. Breakfast was ok. Room service is ok, we had ordered fries ,pakodas and tea. Fries was so soggy we could not eat it at all. To top this inability of reception to handle a simple request. We were a family of four and booked two rooms. Asked for it to be adjacent. Receptionist gave all reasons than getting it done. Very disappointing attitude.

    What's Good: Bathroom of room number 214 has a distinct smell that may be caused by stagnant water in the drainage system. The cupboard door was missing/broken and the phone was placed on a shelve that was almost broken as it was tilting towards the ground. Problems in the room didint kill me but when I pay for a room I expect such things to be in order. I stayed initially in room 212 which had no such problems but when I returned from Trimbakeshwar I was given room 214 and it was a mess. I did not complain but these things should already be sorted without a guest complaining. Restaurant is overpriced and the portions are "small". Order a Paneer kathi roll from room service and you would know what I mean.

    What's Good: Ginger Nashik seems to have improved. The room was clean. The towels were brand new. The paint in the room was good. Breakfast was the basic 3-4 items but the quality was good. Infact I had stopped staying at the Ginger group as their standards had very much gone down but this experience was a pleasent one & good to know that they have realised the importance of improving or atleast maintain the standards.

    What's Good: Ginger is a great mid-budget hotel for a short stay. The hotel was maintained well, and the staff was pleasant. My only complaint, however, is in respect to food. There is very little variety available, and is not affordable. That is the only element Ginger needs to work on, I think. Overall, it was a great stay and I wouldn't mind returning sometime in the future.
