What's Good: Rooms were clean and compact. Great utilisation of space. Food was excellent, the chef was able to customise dishes(chilly chicken with small pieces and tandoor chicken tikka) that were not listed in the menu for us. Lovely staff! Liqor was expensive by all standards. The rates match up to 5 start hotel which can be worked on. Buffet on Sunday was great, Monday's buffet was the low point for us. Overall I would stay with them again

What's Good: Ibis, Nasik is a great place and value for money. But the food quality had concerns, which have been shared with the hotel.

What's Good: Ibis nashik-Overall experience was good...though for other hotels at same price we would get a more spacious bathroom with more amenities fitted...also a boy to assist in pulling down luggage during check out...parking space limited..though they assisted in parking outside the hotel campus..no view from the room...so if one is looking for a luxurious stay do not opt for this hotel...basic stay with neatly done rooms and a small but clean bathroom is what you will get...with food available at reasonable rate..though not so tasty...

A spur of the moment trip to nashik and as an accor group member our choice of stay was the Ibis Nashik. First and foremost the location..... best when you need to do a lot of sight seeing. The staff was very courteous and as we had a last moment expansion to our reservation, the staff was very kind in making sure that we 3 families all had rooms adjoining to each other. One thing though which need some improvement is the food. The restuarant can become too congested during B'fast and dinner and the choices are less. Rest all is good. Keep up the good work

The staff there is all really co-operative. Very earnest.Of the staff Gaurav, and a couple of staff members from Housekeeping and reception really helped me manage the boistorous kids with us.And the chef Kale is very good... and so is everyone else

As with most hotels that are part of a chain, you have a very good idea of what you are getting when you book. The good thing about the Ibis Nashik is that while manintaining the Ibis high standard, there are distinctive features about this particular hotel, the most notable of which is the restaurant and its food. To start with the arrival. I think this is the first time I have arrived at a hotel in India, and had the under-carriage of the car checked for explosives. Then there is the x-ray machine that you see at an airport. Have they had a major incident here, I wonder? At the desk, the checkin is equally thorough, though not bothersome. Perhaps it was because we are foreigners. The Reception staff were very courteous in dealing with the formalities. I asked for the WiFi code, which the man at Reception tried to enter, but without success. He contacted a person who deals with such issues, and he managed to sort out the problem. My advice is to check this before going to your assigned room. The room itself is very pleasant, with generally good layout, and adequate space. However, with the wardrobe containing both the safe deposit box and the fridge, there is limited space for clothes and other items. A small sitting area is the only real alternative for items in your luggage, provided your case fits under the bed. The television works well, with a vast array of channels. I found the bed comfortable, and slept well. Entering the bathroom is a bit like entering a space capsule. However, it is very functional, and the shower and hand basin have hot water, which also comes through quickly. The basin also has a functioning plug, which in an Indian hotel is very unusual, so, full marks to the Ibis on this score. The staff who provide both room service and cleaning are very prompt to,any request for assistance, and this too was much appreciated. The restaurant is a lovely space, being both bright and airy. The furniture is comfortable and functional. The staff are cheerful and obliging, and it was really good to,see the chef and his assistants cheching that buffet items were being replenished, as needed, and asking guests About their dining experience. I am wary of buffet food in any establishment, because you dont know how long it has been sitting. Dine early, if you are able to ensure the food is freshly cooked. However, the food here is kept hot, and that is importantly do reassuring. Breakfast was similarly excellent, with an very good range, Including some unusual choices.I was really pleased to see this central Indian hotel offering idli; what a treat! And I could scarcely believe my luck when I noticed they had several varieties of jam, and not the dreadful sweet red concoction offered nearly everywhere else. On one morning, we sought advise on visiting a nearby tourist site. The man at Reception was most helpful, offering us alternatives. I was very pleased that he included a rickshaw in the options for transport. So often hotels assume foreign guests only want a/c taxis. We were delifghted that he organised the rickshaw for us, and assisted in establishing the price. Full, marks for his initiative. So,the Ibis Nashik is a very good choice, in every respect.

Options available in Nashik is limited, and compared to my other stays at Nashik, this place is decent. As this is a business budget hotel., some of the things are not convenient. No toiletries in the bathroom, ironing stand on the passage, limited breakfast menu, minimal staff etc. However was happy as the room and beds were clean. Loud music at the reception even in the mornings is nuisance.

My overall stay was very comfortable and wonderful. The best part was when I went for breakfast buffet. The chef Mr Amol very promptly came to us and asked us about the food and taste preferences. He also suggested us to try his Italian dosa which I am glad he did or else I would have missed it. It was very yummy.i loved his service. All the staff members are very polite and humble. All in all a great stay. Thankyou team I would surely visit again.
