I had intended to stay in this hotel for 2 nights with my aged dad while in Navi Mumbai for a marriage function . But last minute , I changed the hotel and booked elsewhere. I sent my driver to stay here instead . One look at the hotel , made me realise that this is not the type of hotel for families . Its just too basic in front of APMC market at Navi Mumbai . The hotel is on top of a restaurant , there is no lift . At best , I think that this hotel is convenient for traders for AMPC related work .

As the subject says dont get fooled cos of cheap rates the hotel more cheap than the prices. I don't have words to describe the terrible experience we had at this hotel, to start with we had made bookings through OYO rooms (Booking ID - YKDE1246) and to my surprise the service of OYO rooms was also pathetic. I had booked this hotel for me and my wife to take a break from our routine life, when we arrived at the hotel we were scanned with suspicious looks as if we were their for prostitution. The person at the reception was manner-less and kept staring at my wife. we were asked for ID, on providing the ID we were asked for marriage certificate, so i asked my family to send the photo of the same and on showing the same we were informed that this is not valid as this can be fraud certificate, I also showed the person the face book and our marriage photos and on that he replied that it we cannot accept this, and we were asked some more stupid, offending & useless questions. So my simple question is if couples are not allowed why was the booking taken and why were the ID were not accepted. Upon calling OYO rooms their was not help provided. Our break from routine life was ruined because of this stupid hotel. Pros - None Cons - Poor service, No respect for women and staff will keep staring at women, No help provided of any kind, Poor customer service, rooms are not as shown in the photos on the website. the locality of the hotel is also not good. Its not a place where you would like to go to take a break.

I was relocating my house. To accommodate that I have booked a Standard AC room for two nights in the Hotel Navi Mumbai for myself and my wife in Cleartrip. Following are my experience over there. In short its not a hotel for family and not a budget hotel for the price they are charging and the amenities they provide. The Muslim Old Man at reception acts as if he is over smart and as if he is the owner of the property. When I went with my wife that old man with white beard suspected myself and wife at first. Imagine how embrassing it will be when you go along with with your wife. Then I shown all the marriage photos on my mobile. Still he was acting as if he don't agree. Then I shared my marriage certificate also. Still he was acting and not ready to provide a room. Then he said I want to confirm with my management. Then I was able to get my room. 2. In the hotel details they mentioned WIfi. But there is wifi only at the reception. No wifi at the rooms. For that he was asking me 50 rupees per day. I argued its not fair and then I closed that problem. 3. The moment I entered the room there were 15 to 20 small cockroaches were roaming on the bed and floor. Immediately I killed fourto five for proof showing them. Room boy came and told me that its very neat room, you cant find cockroaches. Then I have shown him the killed ones. I went to reception again and made a complaint. That fellow told them that its very few. 4. The room is full on mosquitoes. I asked for mosquito repellent but still it didnt work. 5. You will find a window ac at a corner of a room without remote control. For every time you need to call the room service to switch ON/switch OFF the AC. And there is one room boy who acts as if a loyal employee for that hotel and he will not give you the remote to adjust the temperature also. if you set it for 18 then he cry and go. 6. There is no GSM Mobile Network for Reliance. It goes for roaming. 7. There is no safe place to park your two/four wheelers. If you as that white beard old man, he opens his hand saying we are not responsible for the any damage or loss happens to vehicle parked outside. 8. For twenty rupees you get some decent tea. 9. There is a small portable TV with cable connection 10. Fan regulator does not works. Very slow or very fast. After reading all my review, if you still prefer this hotel, then its your bad luck.
