  • Being at home in India

    by HotelofiW on

It is not the building that is incredible, it is the people, they understand what is customer care. Trust, generosity, and honesty are what you find at the reception desk. What you see on the website is what you get. The guy from the travel agency is super service. They charge you a fair price and give you all facilities on the services they provide. We left a musical instrument for weeks and we asked them help to deliver to GOA (2000km away from Delhi) in the times of COVID 19, they helped us to get it back safe. Don't doubt you want to feel secure and at home in India that is your hotel in Delhi.

  • Excellent hotel and Travel Desk

    by lauratraveler_13 on

The hotel is great, silent, clean, very welcoming energy, like an oasis in the middle of New Delhi. Aamir offered us an excellent help as a Travel advisor, help us organizing our visits during our stay in Delhi, with Mohinder a fabulous and kind driver. Aamir even helped us out while we were lockdown in Goa. He definitely did a great, excellent and reliable job. Thank you!

  • Very comfortable and clean hotel.

This interesting hotel is worth considering when you visit Delhi. It is new and very clean with great staff and nice comfortable (not luxurious) rooms with a small be effective ensuite. Each floor has rooms coming off a lounge area where coffee, tea, and some soft drinks are freely available. Our double bedroom was very small but adequate and the bed comfortable with a good nights sleep. There is a lift and the restaurant area and breakfast site are more than adequate, breakfast was cooked and very good. Complimentary WiFi worked reasonably well. All in all, a nice place to spend a few days to get your bearings in this busy vast city.

  • hotel good, but bad experience with tourist desk

    by marja v on

We enjoyed our stay at Bloomrooms. This hotel with yellow accents has comfortable rooms. Not big, but with a good bathroom and a bed which is neither too soft or too hard. Breakfast is included. Bloomrooms is a 10 mimutes, 100 rupees, rickshaw ride away from Connaught Place. There are many dining options there. We also ate at Khan market. I enjoyed the food, and the shops there. Our experience with the tourist desk at Bloomrooms was not good at all. It took the man from the tourist desk three days to reserve our traintickets. One day he forgot, next day he was not there. When we finally got our tickets me and my husband were booked in different couches. This is not acceptable, especially because this would be our first train ride in India. The man from the tourist desk gave us our money back. But then we had to arrange last minute alternative transportation. It was a disappointing and bad experience!

  • Great stay!

I stayed here for several weeks from early February through early March. Overall I strongly recommend Bloomrooms. First of all, the room was spacious, very clean and neat, nice decor and very quiet by Delhi standards - I don't think my sleep was interrupted once, despite being a light sleeper! Bed was very comfy and shower warm. I also liked the free snack bar outside the room where you can make your own cups of tea/pick up some oreo biscuits whenever you fancy. There was then the food - a few times I ventured out of the hotel to nearby restaurants, but for the main part I ate in the hotel restaurant after long days at work. I thought the food was very tasty, and the price not too bad (though occasionally the portions were a little small for my tastes). Dal Makhni was a particular highlight. The staff were very friendly - as they are throughout the hotel - and always keen to make alternative suggestions if something was not available. The hotel is also well-located just south of Rajiv Chowk and by the violet line metro station which connects to the yellow line, and to many interesting parts of the city. You can get easy rides from ubers/rickshaws if you want from right outside. I'll be earmarking this hotel for another stay should I visit Delhi again in the near future - thanks again to all the staff who made my stay so enjoyable!
