This is one of the good hotel in Janak Puri, New Delhi. the well maintained and well furniture room. The services provided by the staff was very good and very prompt. The quality of food was very good and taste was also good

My first experience of being called an irritating customer forces me to write a fact based review. People can make an informed judgement on what the hotel has to offer. 1. I had booked the room through diners and upon arrival was told that my booking was not visible to the reception team. After spending an hour with diners customer service they were able to locate my booking details sent weeks in advance. 2. After checking-in I was informed that no outside food was allowed, only food that was not available in their restaurant could be ordered from outside. Now when we ordered chinese food that was refused by their chef, the manager and team created a big issue 3. The hotel requires ID details of any visitor to the guest room. So if you have 3 friends visiting you for a couple of hours the hotel needs ID cards of all 4. When the issue was raised to the manager citing possbility of a complaint, I was told we will also complain against you that you were an irritating customer. 5. The bathroom had serior drainage issue with water logging. This was repaired by them timely.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights 4 days. It was our worst decision ever. Room service is pathetic. Every morning we would leave for the day only after asking them for room cleaning. On returning from our hectic day back to our room in the night, there was always some basic amenities missing from the room. Even after calling the reception 3-4 times and they assuring us for the room service there was no one who came to our room. We stayed there with our toddler and one day when we came back to our room there was a biscuit lying down on our floor and half packet of our toddler's biscuit was finished. It was a new packet we bought for our toddler the other day. Someone ate from that packet. Also, there manager Mr. Santosh has no professional ethics. When we were facing such problems in their hotel and we conveyed the same to Mr. Santosh, he said we were stressing it out. Also, what he did the next day was simply unbelievable and unacceptable for us. Without our consent and without informing us, he changed our room, shifted all our belongings (including my personal stuff - how dare he touch that!!!) to the other room. When we came back to our room in the night, then also no one informed us and we went straight to our previous room only to find that our stuff was gone. When we conveyed the same to him on call, he said we were not available in the hotel when he was looking for us. Is he kidding us??? I mean, why would we stay in the hotel all day??? Couldn't he just give us a phone call or something??? I wouldn't ever.......ever recommend this hotel to anyone. WORST.HOTEL.EXPERIENCE.EVER!!!!!!!

I was staying with my wife and toddler, had worst experience ever. They never provided basic amenities in room, when asked for it there was a delayed/no service. I had gone out with my family and the hotel staff opened our almirah, shifted all our belongings to another room without asking/informing us, they even ate the biscuits I had kept in room for my toddler. This behavior was so unprofessional, i asked if someone would have shown this kind of behavior when you (santosh) would have been staying in hotel, he said I got personal (i think he already got personal when they entered my room and touched my wife's belongings, he was impolite, unprofessional too) we had conversation on phone, he was impolite and misbehaved, he said he could not find me in hotel, could not meet me in person (as obviously i was out with my family) but i think there is an option to connect with the guest on phone or email even. I have attached pictures as well. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

AC and WiFi were working well. The room was small but clean with a comfortable bed. The area was a bit shady and loud due to traffic. Staff was unfriendly, it seems they dont want foreigners in their hotel. We stayed for 2 nights. I wouldnt recommend it for a longer stay.
