What's Good: The bathtub
What needs to improve : Nothing much actually. Everything is nice.
Reason For Rating : Extremely warm and welcome room. Good facilities. A mindblowing bathtub. And a breath taking view of delhi outside the window.

Great hotel with all the precautions taken for covid_19 . Could see markers , staff with mask and gloves , sanitizers and temperature checks, though it looks little empty due to social distancing but it gives a feeling of safe and secure place , good work!!

Mukesh ji , Virender and Vivek gave a commendable service. They were very generous and served us quiet well. The food quality was really appreciable. Will surely like to visit Crown Plaza again in future.
Excellent ! I love to staying here again!

I stayed in crown plaza Delhi for 2 days in November 2020 , and this was an excellent experience . Reception : We reached there 10.30 PM , but check in was so smooth and hassle free . The Rooms : The rooms are very clean , and with enough size and with all amenities. Breakfast : Was excellent and they taking feedback from our side about the total stay .I really liked their feedback taking system. The stay was a good experience. Thanks to CP Team.
Super Spacious and Comfy Rooms!

After a long hectic weekend, we just wanted to have a relaxing day and this time we decided to spend a night at the hotel and unwind ourselves. After a detailed analysis on what hotel to choose, we ended up booking our room at Crowne Plaza, Okhla! The property is beautiful and its restaurants have been our go-to place on special occasions. This was the first time we stayed at this one. Our check-in was taken care by Ms Himani, who was utterly polite and courteous and ensured a hassle-free process. We requested for a room on the top floor possible and got a room on 6th floor. Needless to say, we were quite ecstatic. The room had a classy quite lobby and was quite close to the lift too. The room was ultra-spacious with a huge washroom and king size bed with a sofa type couch, a workstation, TV with HD channels and a great view! The bed was clean and super comfy with fresh sheets and quilt. The washroom was amazing with a bathtub and carrying bifurcations for shower and commode and still leaving a lot of space in between. The room can be best suited for couples or recently married majorly for the reason that there was a huge window right next to the bathtub leading in the room. One could be in bed and other in bathtub and still watch TV. Anyhow, we found it amusing as well as kinky. (Check out the photos attached for clear understanding). Everything in the room was sanitized with an IHG promise and one could actually feel the hygiene in the room. We ordered lunch from their kitchen only. We had chicken shawarma, chili garlic noodles and veg sandwich. The shawarma was the highlight with utterly succulent pan-fried chicken with veggies and sauces. We really loved this one and just a heads up, it is a wholesome one and can fulfill one adults appetite. The noodles were decent but somehow was missing the essence of garlic and chili, but since we were famished, we ended up finishing them in no time. The veg sandwich was something which tasted well but would not recommend it to anyone. It was served with mayo, sauteed veggies and a portion of salted fries on the side. We did not take breakfast as we loved nearby only but we have heard that the breakfast here is good. All in all, we loved our stay and the hospitality. Our check-out process was handled by Ms Kirti who bid us adieu with a huge smile and ensured there were no issues in the check-out process. Cheers ;)
All rooms are good I think.
