A warm and cozy home away from home

Before our vacation started at Fraser suites, New Delhi, we knew that the apartment will offer us comfort and privacy. That was precisely the reason behind booking a one bedroom apartment at Fraser suites that are ideal for long stays. The apartment model is laden with facilities including a working kitchen, washing machine and extra room for storage. There's ample cupboard space in addition to a walk-in closet area and a second bathroom. Additionally, the services have been impeccable. We could not have imagined the scale of warmth, care and love that the staff showered on us. It was an absolute bliss to be greeted by all those smiling faces with an unwavering spirit to help us out. Mr. Birender, from room service, was thoroughly enterprising, ensuring that the apartment was spick-and-span each day. With a warm smile, he ensured that our stay was comfortable and catered to our requirements. At Epicure, we were treated like family. Every morning, Mr. Sunil would ensure us a nice and cozy spot to relish the wonderful breakfast buffet. He was kind enough to have fresh, hot tea prepared for us once we were done with our breakfast; he had taken the effort to remember that we enjoyed our tea immediately after breakfast. At dinner, Mr. Anand and Mr. Neeraj treated us with utter care; making sure we were well fed and enjoying the food. Mr. Anand would also delight us with chocolate nutties, specifically prepared for us. Whilst I wasn't feeling well, they offered to serve us other options per our convenience. We were so happy and content with the service that we invited our family and friends for lunch at Epicure. And that was a success! Thank you to team Fraser suites for this unforgettable experience.

My wife and I stayed at Fraser Suites in New Delhi in December 2019 for a business trip. While the rooms were fairly affordable, some of the managers were extremely sexist and would only entertain requests from me, and not my wife. Very disappointing.
Lovely Stay in Feb

We stayed for 8 nights during our trip to New Delhi & India. The hotel is located outside of central Delhi which personally I preferred. It was pleasant to be out all day and come back to some peace. Getting around was convenient for us, with Uber you could get into central areas in 20-30 minutes and would cost a couple of pounds at most. Alternatively there is a metro which is 10 minute walk to get around. There arent many shops around so if you want anything I would buy it before returning to the suites. The hotel has thorough checks in place and bags are always checked upon arrival. The lobby and reception area smells amazing and always well air conditioned. My husband and I found the security staff to always be very welcoming and friendly. To be honest there were a highlight of the hotel for us. I enjoyed seeing their friendly faces and always asking in our interest, if we wanted to go somewhere or if we were waiting for anyone etc. Reception and check in/out process was completely straight forward and easy. On a couple of occasions during our stay we had some minor issues in our room, such as not being able to connect to WIFI, some speakers not working, more tissue needed. The staff across all departments including IT was flawless. They always responded quickly and aimed to resolve any issues as soon as possible. We also asked access for the balcony which after signing a disclosure form was opened for us. We honestly cant fault the service given. The rooms are clean and spacious. Bed is enormous and plenty of storage in room, kitchenette area and bathroom. The washing machine was a life saver for me as we had been travelling for some time - the drying on it isnt great so I would recommend drying your clothes on the balcony where possible. Our room was regularly cleaned which brings me to another highlight of my trip - our cleaner. Tiquesh was outstanding, very thorough and always keen to help. He is a great asset and I hope anyone else who comes across him has the same experience. Getting the newspaper every day I found was a nice touch too. Which brings me to breakfast - this unfortunately was not as we expected it to be. The choice was often very repetitive and felt disjointed in terms of dishes and layout. They werent often grouped by cuisine so you could hash browns next to curries for example - it didnt necessarily marry up. The service was a bit all over, we never necessarily got a warm welcome and there were a few occasions where there werent enough tables so would have to sit with another party - not exactly what you want. On the contrary we ordered room service on two occasions and the food and service was great so Im not sure if its just our experience of it! We used the gym which had basic equipment but all worked ok. The pool wasnt available as they close this during winter months for maintenance - something to note if you wanted to use it. We enjoyed our stay and if we were visiting Delhi I would come again purely because of the service and facilities.
BEST SERVICE EVER from all the staff!

I stayed in the hotel for 3 months due to a business trip. I can't emphasize enough what an excellent service I had received from all the staff of the hotel. I want to especially point out that the staff at the restaurant area were unbelievably caring, helpful and willing to give me an excellent every single day for 3 months! I was just blown away by their service. I am personally following a vegan way of living and they were doing their best to prepare fresh, vegan meals for me every morning and evening. They are just amazing. You need to stay at this hotel just to receive this kind of service. Shout out to just some of the staff members Anan Singh, Neeraj Shrivastava and Anil
