I booked a room through Priceline for this hotel for $38 usd/night. When I arrived in New Delhi I called the hotel to inquire about the shuttle. He asked who I booked the room through and was told they dont deal with Priceline or booking dot com but they have rooms for $70/night usd. I contacted Priceline by chat about this issue. And that I need to discuss this over the phone and when I called the number the agent gave me. It was a message to contact them by chat!

We had only one night on this hotel because it is close to the airport. It seems like all the bottom floor had a flooded. The rooms smell like mold with large stains of dry water on the parquet floor and walls. We had to insist to go to the second floor. The crew is not cooperative and disruptive. The pool is empty with no water. Overall experience is bad. I will not return to this hotel and will not recommend it

Our travel agent booked this hotel - the consideration being that it was close to the airport. Not disputing that. But the rooms were not well maintained and during the 2 nights stay, we had to change the rooms - total of 3 times. Heavy rains caused flooding on the ground floor. Although the staff did their best to be helpful, it did not make up for the overall situation of the rooms. Rooms were either not used for a long time, not a aired and we found cigarette stubs in the bins. The bed smelled off cigarette smoke. As there were hardly any other visitors in the hotel on that day, the breakfast was much left to be desired. Would not stay there again.

Located near the Delhi international airport, the conference facility is a pleasant surprise. A relief from skyscraper and concrete surroundings, this had open spaces and well appointed layout and interiors. Food has room for improvement

I was traveling from USA to India, due to flight delay, AIR India has provided accommodation at this Hotel. Rooms and restaurant are nicely maintained. Front desk service is really bad. They are not willing to help or guide the guests. Since I didn't had India SIM card, I was trying to take help from hotel receptionist to find a safety pin to replace a SIM card. As soon as I asked for safely pin they have rejected without any trying and they were not help in finding a taxi to go out. Finally I have to take help of the outside security guard.
