We had worst experience here. We have booked 3 rooms and we are family.. When we reached here.. They shifted us to their another unit which is not properly maintained. Staff is not so supporting. They provide us rooms with 2 separate beds for couple(how strange). Cleanliness is highly ignored.. The staff is so confusing itself.. U will not get any mobile signal in the room for that u have to come outside your room. Mosquitos in the room.. Don't ever book rooms here..

Dear Friends, I am a travel agent and I have made the booking at Amaltas hotel for my guest. I was in touch with Mr Nimit Sehgal for this purpose. He has confirmed the booking for my guest from 14 - 16 Oct 2019 for 11 rooms. He has also shared the confirmation number and voucher with us. The booking was re-confirmed in the morning of 14th Oct 2019 with Mr. Nimit Sehgal. Inspite of all the checks my guest was denied check in saying that they do not have the rooms available. My guest were transferred to other nearby hotel (Ambica Palace). I have again checked with Mr. Nimit in the evening that this should not happen again and rest of the guest should have the check in smoothly. To my surprise, i got a call from my client in the late night (11PM) that my guest ( 1 male member and 2 female member) denied check in again saying that the rooms are not avaibile. This was very distressful for my guest who were travelling from very far off places. Actually they had no rooms available. Everyone from the client side/ guest were calling me for the disaster that has been created by Mr. Nimit Sehgal. I had to explore the hotel and instantly book another room at Ambica Palace. She was sent there and by the time she check in it was around 1AM. This person has created disaster for my guest and my reputation with the client. I am still unable to comprehend the situation that I have lost face to my client without my mistake. This has led us sleepless night/ continuous stress and what not. Please be cautious while making booking.

Best hostel hospitality services provided by hotel staff specially room services are good and the staff are well educated and manner full nice hotel for stay specially food taste is delicious,nice stay

Some rooms are without any windows. Rooms can be maintained better. Helpful and friendly staff. Cleanliness in the dining area to be improved. Since my flight was landing early, had asked for an early checkin at the time of booking; but the room was not ready.

Worst hotel ever seen. Rooms are ok in size but not clean were stinking wash room was untidy with foul smell bathroom linen need change no bathroom mat Breakfast Timeing is 7 to 10 but on 9.30 we found empty chefing bowels staff handling the breakfast were helpless because of efficient (?) kitchen Frount office I charge is very aurgent No floor attendet during night on floor We found it very unsafe for leady traveler like me. Over all very unpleasant experiance
