Do not believe in the professional photos they share in the booking sites. Pretty bad and old hotel. Breakfast was horrible. Definitely not for business travelers. Avoid if possible. You have better choices in the near vicinity.

The man and woman behind the reception make you feel not welcome. If you have a complaint, they just ignore it or deny it. No hot water to take a shower, and if you ask, they say that the cold water is warm. Mice ran through the room and in the corridor. The room and bathroom was not clean. Very noisy.

If you want to feel like you are staying in someone's house uninvited then stay here. The marble floors help amplify sound from other rooms and guests. Cutlery is broken, chipped and frankly unhygienic. They served us room service coffee with milk that had gone off and curdled. Some other guest managed to accidentally open our room door in the middle of the night despite it being supposedly locked from inside. The bedding had yellow stains - I don't really want to think what it could have been. We left after one night to another hotel but we had paid in full for three nights. To this day they haven't refunded any money

The rooms are clean and okay. It's the front desk staff that ruined my experience for me. I had booked map plan which mean breakfast with either dinner or lunch. The manager probably thought I did not understand Hindi so right in front of me he told the waiter to tell me that only veg items will be available for my complimentary meal. I didn't say a word, next day I wanted lunch instead of dinner on my map plan and they told me very rudely that I can only take dinner and not lunch. I had to literally take a class for them in written English that it clearly stated in my voucher that it is breakfast lunch "OR" dinner. I had never used that many synonyms of "OR" before. I run a hotel myself so I usually don't write reviews about a hotel I don't like because you can forgive a few things but being rude to customers, trying to save RS 100 extra by not giving non veg is just too much. They look down upon you if you have got a discount from travel sites, they made me feel like they were doing me a favor by letting me stay here
