Stayed with family here and I wont recommend this hotel to anyone as it is a very old building and doesnt even look like a hotel. We ordered the dinner from them and after waiting for whole night we were not given food. They even switched off the phone in the room. Phone was not working. Rooms are dirty as well as linens. Front staff was not supportive. Room service was not up to the mark. Room had a very bad smell of smoking. The rooms shown in online booking were completely different. Kindly avoid this hotel if you want to have a good time.

The front desk staff was not helpful in taking check in and allotting rooms. They gave us 1 suite room and 1 deluxe. I asked them to give us rooms together but there was no availibility so we took suite room. The cleanliness of suite room was pathetic and when I turned on the geyser it's sparked and I got scared. The room was full of dust and in bad repair. At the mean time someone came that they found the room for us and we moved near to each other. In this new room also geyser never worked. The room was full of dust. Bathroom was in poor contidition. We ordered for food in the night and it was not good as I was expecting. Rajma was not made properly. Next day I asked them for couple of plates which they denied to proved. Gave excuse that they don't give plates for outside food. The front desk staff is useless.

I had bed experience here. I stayed here for a night. Here is the list of good and bad things here Bad things: 1) The room was full of dust ...on every surface and in air. 2) Bathroom smelled very bad and even if whole night of exhaust running it didn't go away. 3) Commode shower was broken 4) Bath shower was borken too. 5) Toilet seat cover was broken. 6) No place to hang your used clothes. Good things: 1) Room was spacious 2)Bed was of good size and comfortable. 3) AC was effective 4) Room service was good. 5) Food was good. Inspire of all bad experiences I would have given 2 star but decided not to coz of the odd activity of the person at front dest during check out. You know what he tried to do. When I was telling him about my experiences he asked me my mobile to show him my booking app (Goibibo). He took my phone and gave the hotel 5 start rating. My advice DON'T stay here. Even try to avoid the whole area which looks like Syria after bombing.

I booked this hotel via oyo app. Very hard to find hotel its located deep inside in corner. Otherwise its nice decent stay. Rooms are spacious. Staff are kind and cooprative. Toilet are small but cleaned.

We stayed few days back. We booked through oyo rooms.first they will take money then they will allot you room.staff courtesy zero.staff were running in bathroom slippes And when we ordered food it came aftr an hour and it was like 3 days old and cold too.In breakfast you can choose only one item.towels are like 10 years old linen too dirty.over all very bad experience.
