Reason For Rating : Sorry to say but my stay was pathetic... Room was excessively very expensive as per the aminities are concerned. Paying 7365 for 2 days person booking will expect better aminities. I exchanged my premium room dor 2 days with maharaja room for 1 day by paying rs. 2000 extra but again the jacuzzi wasn't working and room was shabby enough to make me realise how stupid I'm to book this hotel.

Random assortment of noises and sounds awake you at random times in the intercity. Banging, footsteps thumping, generator and dripping all at random times throughout the night. Rooms are clean to be fair but don't expect a window. Toilets are okay.

My wife and i stayed at this hotel on a coupe of occasions with mixed results. The first time was after a long flight and wasn't so good, as we found it very noisy, some outside the hotel and some inside from other guests who had no consideration for others. The hotel is up a side street and doesn't look great on first impressions when arriving in a taxi, and doesn't it justice as it is deceptive. All the staff were helpful and couldn't do enough for us, from the security / doorman, to The check-in was quick and efficient and we were shown to our room on the 3rd floor that turned out to be noisy from other premises and other guests. But the room was satisfactory and had a comfortable bed, towels and toiletries were basic, we also had a couple bottles of water and a fridge that just about cooled the water. Internet is free and is OK on all floors. Breakfast is in the basement and is self service with a mix of buffet fruits and Indian food and European cereals and omelettes cooked to order. Hot drinks is help yourself and has tea bags and powered coffee and hot milk. Thankfully I had sachets of my own preferred coffee. The location was great for us as it is about 10 min walk from Karol Bagh Metro station that gave us access to the rest of Delhi. Plus coming out of the hotel and turning right to the bottom of the road is a busy street market with all its colours, sights, sound and smells of street food stalls. The second time we stayed at the intercity we were on the first floor at the front of the hotel and the room was at the far end of the corridor and much quieter. Personally I think this hotel is ok for a short transit stay before moving on.

I stayed here a long time since my family had to come here to meet. It is located in a very busy area with a lot of traffic. Though the rooms were good, it gave a feeling of living in an olden era. It was just good enough to stay for 1 night.

The hotel is located right at the center and heart of Delhi. Real value for money. It's room is like a 5 star hotel- kingsize bed, clean sheets, large bathroom. Staff atmosphere is very helpfull and pleasing. Most important the food in the hotel is very good. Would love to get back again while in Delhi. Highly recommended.

I really love this hotel as i love Karol Bagh. I can go out for a long walk any time, and admire the great and authenticates India's estile of life. Good restaurants arround of it and very good place for shopping with Indian's prize.
