Room was not having proper water supplies in bathrooms , not hot water, no faucets in toilets. I checked in at night around 9.10 pm - staff of the hotel were drunked. It was a a terrible experience.Do not recomend.

I usually am not a very active reviewer of places I visit or stay at but in this case I had to make an exception. The reason being that it has been one of the worst "hotel" stays I have ever had to go through. Oasis is a dank dark hole that you should not stay in. The rooms are dingy and cramped and for 3k/night are a total ripoff. The tube lights don't work, the window AC gives you a feeling of staying near a railway station with the noise it makes, the staff takes the liberty of walking in without knocking and the geyser goes up in flames when switched on. There is no cupboard to keep your stuff in and as soon as you think you can get over all this and take a good night's sleep, the bed bugs decide that its their turn to harass you. The staff seems to think they are doing you a favour by attending to your needs and carry a chip on their shoulder all the time. I am guessing the hotel was tired of their guests complaining about their god awful rooms, that they decided to unplug the phone itself which wasn't working either. In Delhi to attend a wedding, Oasis was the worst experience of the otherwise excellent family trip and the one thing I would like to forget but don't think would be able to.

Rooms not clean enough. Staff not responsive. Poor service. Food just average. Better go to nearby dhabas which are really famous on food review sites. Just located near a metro station thats the only good thing. Else everything about this hotel is horrible or just OK.

Unfortunately I did not go to the hotel to stay So cannot comment on the stay. I went for the food and it was delicious. I had the butter chicken, the lamb biryani and the mint paranthas. Priced at around $20 for 2. I have also tried the chicken sandwich which is easily comparable to the famous Wengers. Priced at $10, it was filling and had a great taste. I would definitely go back for the food.
