What's Good: Nothing
Reason For Rating : My booking was confirmed even though hotel was full. Later on they provide me accommodation in some really cheap hostel. I am really disappointed by the services and quality.

What's Good: Non- A/c Room which I wal given was not having any ventilation provision. It is not recommended to stay in NON A/c room. When I approached with this problem to staff they offered me another room which is having A/c facility by collecting Rs 212/-per day as difference amount for availing air conditioned room. The hotel rooms are neat and tidy condition. ONLY ISSUE IS VENTILATION AND SMALL ROOMS.

What's Good: Accommodation was good and clean. We checked in late night so cannot expect for any more services except smooth check in. Hotel provided the torn towels. I stayed in Hotel Har Ki Pauri at Haridwar. The services were very bad and food was below substandard. No hot water. The hot water tap was pumping cold dirty water. However Hotel Taj Prince at Agra was above expectations and in all totality I found it more than what I had expected.

What's Good: In spite of having the room booked beforehand, the television in the room was not working. They made us shift to another room the next morning. There was no drinking water and we had to pay extra for it. there was alot of noise at night which disturbed our sleep. They had a wrong phone number provided in the website which created alot of trouble for us to find the hotel. the staff wasn't that helpful and cordial.

What's Good: Its a budget hotel, good for travelers... located in a small gully, may not appeal to family audience. Manager is very helpful and friendly

Very enjoyable stay. Good position very close to main market. Very clean Hotel Comfort bed, sitcom and fan, friendly and helpful safe. The Wi-Fi is really excellent. The best we had in our whole stay in Delhi!

Although my flight was late, so I checked in at 3 am, the staff was friendly. The clean room was waiting for me, clean towel was handed to me. The room was quiet which is a rarity among similar hotels in the neighbourhood. They were happy to assist with further reservation.

I visited this property in 2014 Oct and then again in Feb 2018...and over this time, this hotel has maintained itself as it is.Located very close to railway station in Paharganj (NDLS), it is ideal for a solo traveller with limited budget. Owner of property Mike is nice and obliged my early check-in request, though the staff there are a bit lazy. What I have observed in Paharganj is that owing to the number of small hotels there, often the housekeeping and ground staff are the same for 2-3 hotels, and because of this, there might be some delay in meeting ur requests, however it is never uncomfortable. Rooms are small, and absence of ventilation is quite disturbing! Otherwise, they provide all other basic amenities like tv, ac, hot water etc. They dnt hv in-house restaurant, however they cater to guest orders through some tie-up with nearby eateries. The staff is no-nonsensetype and polite. There are 2-3 ATMs very close by and a lot of eateries too.... and very close by to R K ashram metro station (1 km). Overall, it is a good place for solo travelers who want decent rooms at a budget price.

I had booked a room for Vintage Inn, but since we needed to check-in before the permited hour. They directed us to sb inn at the same price and same accomodations. Room was clean enough, WC was a bit degraded but that is explained by the constant exposure to water all around. Hot water was available, just needed to notify reception that we needed it. Fan worked ok, we didn't try AC because there was no need since it's november. Access is made by a road with doubtly apparence, but seemed secure at least during the day. We were travelling with guide and he advised us not to walk around the zone at night. Overall I would rate this hotel acceptable, aligned with the price we paid. Located near train station, and that is a pretty plus for a city like delhi.

Non AC rooms ... unclean toilets. If you just want to fresh-up & don't want to spend whole night over here..... this hotel is good. Very close to New Delhi railway station at Main Bazaar Paharganj. You can book this hotel in 400-500 Rs. If hotel staff make the toilets cleaner its very good value for money.
