It is very bad hotel, never stay here All of the ford person are doing job here.service cost is very high.they are not provide valid bills.all of the recepsnist staff is frod.they charge extra money for room, very wrong person doing job

they are cheatar they threat us and charge 8200 insted of 4200 ....Hotel should be banned they threat the guest all of them waiter and staaff even manager ...in the end they refuse to give you luddgae ....plesae make sure you have life insurance before you c/in into this hotel ......

Never go to stay here... they have their own agents who make fool customers. Never ever go their.. they have bad service, bad room, worst maintenance and lots of hidden cost with fixed booking package.

From the New delhi railway station the auto rickshaw driver has canvased us to this place, since we need rooms only for fresh up and at the time wen we are at the hotel the rain comes and the rude and the tricky staffs have make use of the situation and they have charged Rs. 2500 only for four hour to fresh up. We were four persons and the room was the worst and nasty rooms i ever had in my life. please dont choose it

Showed us one room and after payment asked us to wait till the room was cleaned, but made us stay in a different room. AC was not working first and when asked, they said we paid for non AC room and charged separately for AC. Also took advance for food at the time of check-in which I don't see in any other hotel. Upon checkout service charge was added which was not communicated earlier (was mentioned at the bottom of the receipt). Overall they would charge 30% more than the agreed price. Basic amenities like bucket and mug were not available and had to call room service every time who won't respond immediately. Not even door mat was available in front of bathroom and paint was peeling off inside bathroom. Travel desk quoted taxi service at a very high price for which i paid only half the price in a private taxi. Will definitely bring down your tour experience. Stay away from this hotel.
