Reason For Rating : Awesome Stay! It was our 2nd visit to Hyatt and am extremely impressed with the staff, hospitality and rooms. Elegant reception area with creativity decor will lightup your mood. Pool area was extremely clean and relaxing. Thank you hyatt for another amazing stay.

What's Good: I stayed for three nights and on the last day i day not keeping well .. Knowing this a steward was sent to my room to ask my preference on food etc and the buffet breakfast was served for me in my room .. they even called on me again to check how i was doing .. that was very nice of them to do it.

I dont comment often but was so impressed with an excellent service by Sanjay that felt that it should be recognized. Sanjay was not only very helpful and professional but He went beyond and above to accommodate our needs. Would happily recommend the Hyatt hotel and their representatives.

Hyatt Regency has always been the oasis in a desert. The moment you step in, its easy to leave the memory of a congested city behind you. Last Tuesdays dinner at TKs was my first dine-out since the lockdown. The social-distancing and no-contact cooking was very impressive, setting new standards in Covid-times.

The service and food was excellent. The hotel is taking all precautions to keep everyone safe! Well done thankyou. Nitish was serving us and was very courteous. We shall surely look forward to our next visit

Must first state that the overall experince was a good one. There were, however a few irritants which I must mention. I asked for and got a smoking room. There was no ash tray. Called house keepng and asked for one which took a while to arrive. On 15th evening I got back to the hotel from a relatives house at about 2330h. A rather callous guard who was weilding the HHMD like a magic wand could not keep it under control and gave my knee a solid whack with it. I looked at him questioningly but he was non-plussed. He just waved me on with the same HHMD. Near room 578 where I stayed, there is a door leading to the back of the house. This, I noticed was permanently ajar. Security norms completely flouted, I would say. Add to that a steady stream of staff constantly chattering loudly as they walked in and out made for poor guest experience. No housekeeping person visited my room during my entire stay of 2 nights. No one came to service the room in the day, there was no turn down in the evening either. Navigating through the channels on the TV was a problem which could have been easily sorted with a small guide. I couldn't locate the shampoo, soap etc and called house keeping for assistance. I was told that this was 'on request.' I, therefore, requested for shampoo and moisturiser and someone came and handed me a very neat bag which was packed with essential toileteries. I then realised that I had one such bag in my room but had not opened it. 'On Request?' I wonder what made her say that when it was already provided. There is no system of feedback. When I checked out no offered to assist with the luggae, there was no 'see you again' from the front desk, no enquiries about the stay, no 'safe trip home.' Nothing! Minor irritants, I must state again. And an overall comfortable stay.

It was wonderful experience. The chef Chandan entertained us and explain each and every thing about food in detail. He gave us lot of time. Really I again and again want to go. The manner they serve food is totally in China traditional style.
Stay out of the restaurant La Piazza they will rip you off. Small food portions and large 1000 percent markup on wines.
