Visited with family this hotel and it was an amazing experience. The hotel has a charm and the service quality is first in class. The rooms were neat and clean. Staff was polite, courteous and professional. special thanks to the housekeeping staff members Ranjana and Nidhishri. They ensures safety, cleanliness and beautifully decoration of the rooms, which are most important to me. Thanks and looks forward to staying again!!
Staycation at Maurya
by Bananaswadishtkhana on
We spent a day and half in ITC Maurya. Services 5/5 Hygiene 5/5 Room 4/5 Staff 5/5 Hotel Building and Premises 5/5 This hotel is a treat for those who enjoy art, painting and sculptures. Ask for a hotel tour at the reception our tour guide Jyoti give us a glimpse on the various paintings and sculptures by Krishna, Ramchandran, M.F. Hussain, Mehta etc. Room is good. ITC claim to be a soundproof room but definitely they are not. Now I'd love to talk about the food. Our room include the buffet breakfast, at the pavilion lounge. So the good ones, The range and variety is mind boggling. We started with berich muesli and baked yogurt both the items quiet decent. Crossiants, muffins and breads were as usual good. We had hummus and variety of cheese(cheddar, cottage etc). Wide variety of ham, beacon and sausages, all are good. Now the bad ones, The biggest grouse was FOOD AT THE BUFFET WAS COLD whether it was noodles, beacon which spoiled the overall dine-in experience. Somehow, the Indian food was below-par. we ordered Chole and Stuffed Bhatura and we were expecting a puffed Bhatura(fula hua Bhatura) but but the chef killed the puffiness and our mood also same was with sambhar. So, the food rating is 3.9/5. PS : We visited ITC Maurya because we had a memorable experience with ITC RAJPUTANA.

We stayed at Maurya soon after unlock. We felt safe at the time of checking in and we were reminded all through the entire stay that everything has been properly sanitised. Loved how there were glass bottles for water instead of plastic waste. There were efforts made to reduce touch points inside the hotel, which is great too. We were assigned a butler - that really helped us enjoy our stay and feel comfortable. Thanks to Sahil arora who guided us on which restaurant to eat at and what's the highest recommended foods to order. Overall, great experience and great hospitality.

Had the opportunity to stay at ITC Maurya. Quite impressed by the hospitality offered by the staff. The room was nice and spacious . Totally recommend this property if you're looking for a quaint, luxury stay in the capital.

Having a wonderful stay with family. Hospitality is world class.. true Indian style. Facilities extremely clean and hygienic. All COVID precautions in place. Special mention of SIAM and PRASHANT for their service.. Although better communication between Sales front desk and Balance departments can help for better experience. Looking forward to future stays at ITC.. Thanks
take the rooms with a pool view
