    Reason For Rating : It was a nice stay overall. Spacious clean rooms with tea/coffee maker, refrigerator, locker, hair dryer. Washroom toiletries were thoughtfully taken care of. Staffs were cooperative. Need some attention on exhaust system and air conditioner control, specially as at least some rooms have no alternate way of ventilation.

    How to express my views on this Hotel which is beautifully made at odd location but pathetic is the word on Hospitality. Everyone looks so busy as they can't help to their own customer specially employees behavior towards to their customer. The time I checked in took so long & an unprofessional rude boy straight away asked me to sit & wait for my room. Did i do some offense if I came at 11 AM for the room during covid situation & when almost entire hotel is empty. On top of that while I ordered room service it took another one hour to get the evening snacks which was also asked me to pay then & there only by cash. When I counter questioned for late service & about the grievance of the matter. Another unprofessional so called Manager only talked about his issue of less staff & overload of work & didn't even apologize for cash matter. He just offered me some discount which I don't know but i paid cash for that but overall pathetic service & unprofessional handling. It's my first review on Trip advisor as first time I had to face so many challenges in a stay. Will never ever come back here.

    One of the best venues we came across till date. It was the occasion of my sisters wedding in Nov 2019, the first big event for this particular branch. And I must say it was super hit. The location, food, arrangements everything to our liking. We still hear compliments from our guests about the place and food including the ladkewalas. All thanks to Mr. Naveen Sohal for converting our dream into reality. We are planning one more wedding this year and will go for it again.

    Located nowhere, but when touring, you don't need location. Medium sized boutique hotel aiming for 4 star. Rooms are comfortable and generous, with all the regular amenities. Pool was under maintenance during our stay, and probay wo t be ready for another month. The food at the restaurant was great. Lots of Indian favourites. The service though, was 5 star. From the front desk, to the managers, all were happy and obliging. The stand out though, was Rahaman in the restaurant. You can't miss him. Always eager to please, and always happy to see you. Can highly recommend

    Had to stay 2 nights (arrival and departure) due to stop over in Delhi as our travel agent arranged it. Everything has been paid including rooms and for breakfast and dinner along with the tour package to the travel agent and we also got the vouchers for each hotel! Once we check out on the 1st stay (on 21st Feb 2029) the Front Office staff informed us that we need to pay, the voucher has been given already on the previous day and he keeps on asking to pay, we asked him to check the voucher and also we need to call our travel agent to clarify everything than finally the Front Office agent mentioned that our room was settled already! The second day (27th Feb) check in (departure day), check in was okay and the front office agent noted that we required taxi at 4AM to the airport, he even suggested us to go early due to the security check. After shower we went for dinner as our stay included Breakfast and Dinner, once we asked the bill, we found out that they charged everything to us. I explained and show the voucher but the person who claimed himself as the Manager at restaurant speak very rudely!! We need to called our Travel Agent again and finally we left to our room. Early morning, once we check out, the transportation wasnt arranged and the Front office guy who working at that time (early morning on 28th Feb 2020) seems like wants to wash his hand by informed us that he only works at night shift and doesnt know anything!! Ridiculous! Surprisingly, he also charged us the dinner bill which we supposed to entitle for! I need to send the voucher again to this hotel! Anyway, avoid to stay for this pathetic Hotel as they didnt care about the guest experience and seems like the have the worst communication inter departments!!

    I can rate hotel on following parameters 1) Quality of service :- excellent 3) Professionalism:- Good 4) Quality of food:- Good 5) Staff :- Excellent , professional, amicable behaviour. Highly recommended.

  • The rooms at the two ends of the corridor are the best, probably Room No. x01 and x07.
