What's Good: Nothing much actually. At least staff were very polite

Reason For Rating : Scruffy rooms. Worn towels unwashed pillow cases it was not dirty..but the owners are obviously not investing in any improvements. No hot water on tap. Geysers out of order. Hot water in a bucket .Staff were polite and breakfast was acceptable
Never ever book this hotel, especially if you are a lady travelling solo,I booked this hotel on 12th october through oyo app and paid online so that the whole experience will be hassle free... As I arrived in Delhi and called up the hotel to let them know I will be checking in, someone from the reception told me that since I paid online, they are rejecting my check in, which wasn't communicated to me while I made the payment online, nowhere in the hotel's page, it's mentioned that they reject bookings who have paid online and they expect to be paid in cash, anyways, after talking to multiple oyo agents and being put on hold and hung up on for about an hour, they told me to pay in cash to the hotel and the amount I paid online will be refunded, I reached the hotel to an empty reception but a lady was sitting on a different desk, who didn't even bother to acknowledge my presence, once I excused myself and spoke to her about my check in, she said check in is at 12pm and I will have to wait for 2 more hours,I asked if she could do something and get me checked in as I have been travelling the whole night, to which she refused point blank and rudely. After few minutes came another gentleman, who failed to acknowledge someone sitting in their lobby as well and didn't even bother to check what the issue was , the hotel looks nothing like it looks in the picture, please don't fall for the facade, staff is arrogant , unprofessional and rude. I will never ever book this hotel ever again, they just spoiled my entire experience and my journey

Worst hotel I have seen till now room are pathatic no one to serve,have to get everything by you own toilet flush is not working staff is to selfish room smells like roten apple. I will suggest not to visit this hotel to everyone

Alright, so, where do we start ? Oyo 464 Hotel Lotus Place is the worst Oyo room I've ever stayed in. The toilet seat had piss stains on it, the ventilator wasn't working, bedsheets had food stains on them, no blanket until & unless u ask them to give you one, worst reception desk guy, if you ask the staff to even get you some water in your room they make it look like as if they're doing a favor on you. The TV & so called free Wi-Fi don't work at all. P.S. I DON'T WHY SO MANY FREAKING PEOPLE HAVE REVIEWED THIS PLACE AS GOOD. It has been the crappiest experience.

We have been there in hotel for morethen 10days cleaning is not at all good worst experice I have seen inmy life I don't want to come back again no cleaning they will not do mop on daily basis we have simply wasted our money almost 2lacks so plse keep atleast clean room

Worst hotel we have seen till now I have stayed in many hotel but I have not seen this type of rooms and there are mosqitoes and cockroaches in room always there cleaning is worst they will be changing bed sheet I think monthly ones what type of cleaning they will do I dnt know but worst worst room we are there around 20+ days in the hotel but we never ever seen room is cleaned if we ask to clean room they will do but not properly they will not provide at least bath towel also I will never ever come to this type of oyo hotel but the staff r nice
