  • horrible hotel with no quality service . it cant be even a 2 star hotel

    ** no wifi in the rooms - reception saying server error but fact is that it connects in lobby only they are lying all the time ** noisy and banging music due to weddings all time in hotel. you cant have a sleep at night . why to have guests when you have punjabi loud music parties all night ? ** bath towels and bed lenin is quite old and dirty even after washing its not clean ** you wont find tissue paper in the room. water is leaking walls are shabby ** breakfast is just horrible like some street dhaba ** lots of wooden stuff used in the room and it is very old and scary ** even if you put light on the room looks dark like haunted house ** only thing i liked in hotel is pool side but it is full of people all the time

  • Good location but bad management and hospitality

    Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights to attend cousin's wedding. Hotel has a good location and parking space however the venue for the function is not that big. Most of the times the room service number is busy and you have to wait for placing the order. WiFi is not that good and stops in between (had to call the front office couple of times for this issue by nothing happened). Hotel definitely needs renovation both in the rooms and public areas.

    Went along with my colleagues to this place for teachers day celebration The place is good looking with nice ambiance,all greenery. The food quality (vegetarian)is also good. All of really enjoyed a lot The best part is it has got rooms for staying

  • Not worth the money

    Stayed at the place for two days to attend a function. It is a nice property with a huge lawn and pool in the courtyard. We had booked standard rooms. The room as well as the bathroom was big, but very worn out. The sheets and cover had stains on them. The air conditioner was faulty on both days and once we had to call reception at 2.30 in the night to get it fixed. The breakfast was awful. On both days the spread was essentially the same. Most of the food was dry and lacking in flavor and the croissant and muffins were stale.

    Having a nice location does not mean professional services. We booked this venue for a 40th birthday celebration and visited the place many times before the occasion for meetings with decorators, chefs, and other arrangement-related decision makers. We were under the impression that since there are different coordinators for each task of the party, each coordinator will be having expertise in handling their specific tasks. The following things were committed to us (that was expected)and what we receive is a highly unfunctional service (that was actual): 1) Stage Lighting - We asked if stage lights can be dimmed when a video clip will be shown. This was discussed before the d-day during our many visits to test a projector. We have been told, there is no problem in doing that. On the d-day, they simply denied when I was standing on stage and requested for dimming the stage light. They said this cannot be done as they would have to switch off the lawn lights completely. WTH! I was Helpless!! 2) Mist fans - Before the d-day, it has been told mist fans will be provided or taken care of by the management since the occasion was in a month of June and they reassured that we do not need to worry on this part. On the d-day, they said we asked them to only give 5 mist fans. I actually felt burning!! 3) Gaps in Decor - On the d-day, the lawn lights were off until 7:30 pm. Even after 8 pm, they were still struggling to finish the decoration in the lawn. By all this time, few of the guests have already arrived at the venue. What a disordered arrangement it was and that too something that was not shown in the first place. 4) The shift from Commitment - We booked the exact decor of a party we came to attend here before our party. Even the powerpoints(ppts) showed the exact decor we were looking for which has to be similar to the party we attended but unfortunately, on the d-day, nothing was matching the work shown. So, what you see is not what you get, definitely, you will not get! 5) Guestbook Table - It was broken and was placed in the route where guests would arrive first and can easily see that broken part. Are you seriously in this business? My question, since how long, dude!! Do you even know the "D" of the word "Decor"!! 6) Bar Setup - We decided on keeping a bar setup that they said they would have to outsource from third-party. And, on the d-day, the hell broke loose, when they asked us a very common sense thing, when did you say you need a liquor. Other than this, the written papers also show we asked for liquor. Oh, God, that was a dreadful moment!! 7) Water - It is such a basic thing to offer your clients water for drinking especially when they are asking for it after a meeting when they are leaving. They kept us waiting for more than 15 minutes in which we have reminded them thrice for water bottles. Upon asking, they said we have a lot of work to do. 8) Room allocated was very far from the passage-but that's what we have not discussed and that's okay. 9) Price per Vegetarian plate - 2500/- Skyrocketed Prices!! 10) Last but not least, when we were leaving the hotel after the d-day after party, everybody came for a tip, which we gave!

  • Only one tip - look at some other hotel even if you have to pay little extra if you are looking for peace of mind.
