    Reason For Rating : Superb management,best infra,fully supportive staff & team,delicious food....i think it is best for families having kids.Suited in peaceful & pollution free atmosphere.I think it is best among all my previous stay in Delhi.Hotel management made possible early checkin & late checkout according to our requirements & schedule. Staffs are always ready for all possible help,it makes different in metro city Delhi.

    I organised a lunch on 1nov 2020. Everything was perfectly managed by Mr. Raman and his team .food was excellent.service was worldclass. And setup was top notch .thank you guys for making our lunch so special.

    Arrival at the hotel plays vital role in the entire experience. Upon arrival with no doubt lady was wearing mask but mask was not covering her nose. As a standard procedure i got the room within 5 minutes but again room was in terrible condition- Bed Sheet was torn, Television channels were blurred, Coffee table was untidy and discoloured. While coming from outside lady associate misunderstood and started sharing the stories.There are many more things to express but i would like you to inform breakfast experience was horrific. Self called to In room dining - Dhruv order taker was very blunt, rude and impolite. We got 4-5 choise in breakfast as hotel is serving set menu for breakfast. I understand and have no complain regarding this.. but if you are serving egg preparations its my humble request please do serve basic white bread along. Upon asking white bread, order taker replied that breads are not available and we are serving these items because we have asked to do the same. Set menu is good and satisfactory until and unless you are providing basic breakfast. On top of it server came to the room and served the breakfast with no safety gears- he was not wearing face shield, mask or gloves. Its my humble request again you to all kindly look into safety standards.

    Problems with hotel- 1. Check in procedure was very hectic. It took nearly 40-45 mins for check in. 2. Basic facilities for room service like ice and cold water was 3. Flush was not working properly and the shower did not have hot water. 4. The staff was extremely rude and proposed a one on one argument and challenged who can win the very same argument. (Mr khanna at reception) 5. While at the time of checkout, an extension of generally 30-60 mins is given. In this hotel we were threatened that if even a single minute late they would charge for half day.( Mr. Khanna on that part also being extremely rude) 6. If suppose if a girl is coordinating with hotel staff for room dining or at reception, for that she will get even a single percent of respect. 7. Basic dental kit was not provided in room. 8. If you ask for extra water bottle you will be straight away denied for the fact that only 2 water bottles are allowed for one room. 9. This hotel is rated as 5 star on Make my trip and personally after as being frequent traveler i can this property do not deserve anything more than a single star. 10. Also there are many reviews who face similar complaints like mine. So if really want an unpleasant stay this is a right hotel for you. Suggestions- if you really looking for a hotel for business or leisure stay try other group of hotels like IHG , taj group. They will cost you a little more but will make your stay worthwhile.

  • A wonderful place with awful staff

    I booked a Superior type room (with breakfast) for 21st March, 2020. Booking ID - NH7323054018832 Agent - MakeMyTrip - I was asked to vacate the room in just 3.5 hours since they were planning to quarantine the hotel or else they'd lock me down for 14 days. They did all this without even informing me when I was checking in to the hotel room. - I was charged for breakfast even though breakfast was included in the booking. The breakfast was placed in my hotel room before I checked in, when I asked the receptionist why she is charging me for the breakfast when it's included in my booking, she made some lame excuses like you have to stay till morning to have it for free and when I asked her why I wasn't informed that the breakfast in my room is chargeable she had no answer. When I asked her to resume my booking and that I'll stay till morning so that I don't have to pay for breakfast, she told me that I'd be locked for 14 days in that case since they are quarantining the hotel, so basically they forced me to pay for it. When I asked her to connect me to the manager, she didn't and handed me the bill anyways. - The receptionist was extremely unprofessional. (The name on the breakfast invoice who generated it is S. Kashyap). It was an awful experience and I'd recommend people not to stay in this hotel. The hotel staff is very unprofessional.
