    Reason For Rating : Hotel staff are not much co-operative. We booked a room for a just married couple as a gift. Requested for decoration but staff saying it cost 6000 for balloons and flowers. Later they said its not possible as no staff. We requested for just entering the room for little time but they said its not possible. Anyhow its not worth a hotel as staff rude and void avoid going there again.

    Reason For Rating : We thought our stay at Piccadily would be great, since the property is really good. But the room was not upto the mark. The room was properly clean as it should have been and as we expected. Tata Sky was not working. Wifi was not working. Even when we called the operator then he sent an IT Guy. He did something and wifi worked for an hour and it stopped working again. So overall our stay was not at all worth the money.

Its 5 star hotel) called two time to fix it nobody show up to fix it. Call reception and they will say they will do it but will not do anything Reception guys know nothing so does their manager Except morning breakfast and lobby nothing is good in this hotel. Doesnt look like 5 star hotel I would not recommend anyone if they are looking for 5 star experience.

In room there is not shower gel, dental kit , & shampoo. I book for a double bed they gave me 2 single bed, what non-sense room is really small Found insect in one of the bakery item in the morning during the breakfast , which i have shown to the manager, i think with such a branded 5 star hotel no one expect that kind of cleanness in food. There is no garbage bags in the dustbin They won't allow you to eat in the room. The bathrobe they provide was't washed it was used & placed as it is, it was wet & clearly any one can see it is used. hate my stay in that hotel. Love to never choose it, even with discounted price.. Make your choice wisely , there are lot of better hotels available, even oyo is provide lot better service.

    What needs to improve : No Hot Water for the days I stayed there. Hot water was on request, bucket was supplied. It it a 5 star or a Dharamshala. Same repetitive food for Breakfast and Dinner. nothing feel good vibes there

    Reason For Rating : The hotel has some serious issues with their plumbing. For 3 days we did not have hot water available for bathing. The hotel offered buckets of hot water. Additionally there is mold growing in the bathroom.

    Reason For Rating : The room didn't have a kingsize bed as mentioned. Infact, we were given one of the bedroom from family suite, with another family living in the other room. We could hear noises from the other room half the time. The stay was very disappointing

    Reason For Rating : First of all you should make your front desk employees more cooperative. It took an hour to proceed the check in. And above that they keep the guest waiting on the front desk through the check-in (specially Mr Ankit at front desk). Really disappointed with the way he handled the check-in. Never expected such service from a 5 star hotel. If the initial experience is not good, the whole trip gets spoiled.

    Reason For Rating : No baggage scanner at entrance. They expect you to open your luggage manually. Nobody to take your luggage till reception or even room ( self service ) Also no politeness or smiling persons right from security gate till the lift area. After exiting from lift you will have to search for your rooms as there are no directions showing which room is where.

    What needs to improve : I really had very bad experience with this hotel. There was no hot water available in the hotel and water leakage in the room. The management is not cooperative and service is really bad. My guests coming from USA and UK even get fever because of cold in the room. I strongly recommend not to go to this hotel.

    What's Good: The customer service was pathetic except the Duty Manager. The reception was simply BAD and the person there swiped my credit card without informing me. I came to know through SMS only.
