    What needs to improve : Service by staff. No one bother to take luggage and keep it in the room. Have to pick the luggage myself.

    Reason For Rating : No one was there to take luggage in the room. Employees were just standing and guiding you the path instead of taking luggage and keep it in the room.

    Reason For Rating : It was the worst hotel i ever stayed in. All the staff was rude, illiterate and arrogant, room service was pathetic..staff only know how to argue. Ill never suggest this hotel to anyone.

    What's Good: very disspaointed with room service and hospitality. room service was pathetic no single basic amenities in room was provided there were temporary wheel beds in room. such a big property but no one to look for guest satisfaction not good at all

    What's Good: The hotel is worst to stay. Rooms are clean. But main thing is behaviour of staff ranging from front desk upto Restaurant staff. All are worst, every time make you to feel embarrassing even when there salary draws from the amount which we paid. It can be understand from that whenever we moved to front desk every time some disputes were going on. In restaurant even water did not served and tea also they indicated us to take ourselves. when asked for toast omelette they served omelette without toast. On asking they inform in bad way that toasts we have to take ourselves. Till then omelette cool down. They claimed to be UK best chain but seems like a local paharganj hotel. Guys go there only if you are habitual for our paid insult.
