What's Good: Hotel Staff was very rude, not interested in any conversation, even wasn't bothered to understand that there was airport drop on booking. When i showed them itinerary then they agreed. Room was ok but not up to the mark. Several things were out of order like TV remote, items of bathroom etc.

What's Good: I have to rate the hotel very high on value for money. Rooms are big and nice. If you plan to dine at hotel, Dvar has one of the best Indian foods and the buffet at coffee shop is decent too. Breakfast is not too bad for the price. There were mosquitoes in the lobby area cafe and the bathroom door in my room was not cleaned well and had some spots etc, although I was in an executive room. The front desk staff and hotel management are not always aligned and you have to keep checking with them always what is included in your package. They might not always honor what they say during check in and change things. You might get charged for things which were included as your package so review your bill carefully before you pay. If they fix all these miscommunication and cleanliness in certain parts it is a good hotel to stay. I will return here to stay and hopefully they will be better next time.

What's Good: check in process needs to be improved, a lot...! and in room essentials should be stocked up by default when room is prepared. Waiting for guests to ask for everything is a bad practice.

What's Good: I have booked an accommodation through online and i paid through net banking and i got booking reference. When I went to Hotel your staff said they did not received the money I showed the booking reference but they have not accepted to be in Hotel I paid money and I got confirmation of Room booking but I did not get the room. It was very bad and worst experience. I am not happy with your communication. Waste of Time and Waste of Money

What's Good: I got surprised with an upgrade to a suite, so that was very pleasant. Good facilitites, but I thought the breakfast buffet could have a bit more variety of food. The staffs were very helpfulas you would expect from such facility.

What's Good: Hotel was nice but I felt that just bcz I had booked through third party,they gave me some godforsaken room which was so far moreover the staff there was so cold as if they r doing a favour on us by giving a room to stay.only the restaurant staff was awesome.my Room had another door connected to sum service room n there were constant sounds .very bad experience.will never stay in radisson blu dwarka ever again..n would not recommend anyone as well.the staff there need to b friendly to the guests.they were like robots n I think they give horrible rooms to people who book through these travel sites.also when I went for bath,there was water clogging problem also.too bad n experience...

The hotel itself is quite big and has plenty of rooms. However, there is a commercial space in the lower floors, which might be a disturbance. There are quite a few restaurants within the hotel and the food is delicious.

good hotel, not much expensive,enjoy location is very good, one can go by metro from air port or cannaught place, many outlets like pantaloon, croma, globus desi, maxx, more departmental store are here on back side of hotel.

A lovely hotel with rooms on 11 floors surrounding an indoor atrium. Good sized room with the usual amenities, coffee, bar, and good Wifi. The staff in Seasons were very accommodating and both dinner and breakfast buffet good. Ratika in the lobby was particularly gracious. This hotel is right on the Metro line but about a 40 minute drive to the airport.

I stayed here with my family for 1 day as an outing and stress relief , must say a lovely hotel with lovely view of it's fountain inside hotel and nearby lobby area .Rooms were comfortable , food was good and the pool area was nice my kids enjoyed a lot and had all the facility like every Radisson hotel have.

A beautiful hotel will excellent amenities. The food in the buffet restaurant was really nice with an excellent selection. The rooms were quite comfortable and clean. Staff struggled to understand our English though and quite often our requests were lost in translation. The spa was beautiful and I received one of the best massages I have ever experienced. Prices for the spa were quite expensive compared to others we paid on this trip. The hotel itself was in a good location and overall I would recommend staying here. Plenty to do without even leaving the hotel with the shops, bars, restaurants and spa.
