    Very Good!

    What's Good: Value for money

What needs to improve : Location: as cabs booked were finding difficult sometimes to come to hotel's exact location.

Reason For Rating : Since some travels/hotel bookings are for official purpose, GST details of company should be mentioned in your hotel ticket/voucher/invoice. Already I have requested to mention my company's GST details as provided by me earlier during the booking time, in your invoice. Awaiting your reply.

  • Waste of money and worst service I have ever witnessed

    by TBA212 on

One of the worst services I witnessed . Electricity switches off for hours together and the hotel has no backup. Food is worst no hygiene. No cleanliness in room untill scolded. 1 AC remote shared across rooms.

  • Homestay

    by Jacky B on

We (2 x women) stayed at The Red Maple (homestay) 3 nights at the beginning of our trip and 2 nights at the end. The B&B is situated in south Delhi in a residential area. Our first 3 night stay we found the room to be clean, beds were comfortable and showers hot. Breakfast was served in a communal area that seated 8 people. The breakfast was limited but good. The Red Maple offers a take away service which we used a couple of time and again the food was good a priced well. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We felt safe at all times. If you are looking to eat out in the area places are limited. There is a McDonalds, Domino Pizza, Milkshake Bar and a place called Hunger Strike which I recommend you try. Our second stay of 2 nights we again found the room to be clean and beds comfortable. When we first arrived there was a issue of the toilet continuing to run but this was fixed as soon as this was brought to the owners attention. The toilet seat was also loose. We did not use the shower the first night but on the second night when we did use the shower we found there must have been a blocked drain as water was not draining. We found our second stay to be not as good as the first. All in all though I would not hesitate to recommend this B&B to freinds and family.

  • 3rd stay, very happy.

    by Mike D on

This is our 3rd stay at the Red Maple bed and breakfast. As usual the rooms are 1st class and the beds are soooo comfy. Lovely and soft. Very helpful staff and a lovely breakfast included in our rate. Located in a quiet area of south Delhi.

  • Not the best area

    by Amanda998 on

I booked Red Maple B&B on reviews and I was disappointed with the area, it was a mistake for me traveling on my own as I did not feel safe traveling to and from the B&B. The area is very dirty, cows walking around, smelly. Having driven around Delhi there were much nicer areas. Staff were fantastic and very accommodating and rooms were comfortable. A few comments, towels were grey and old, what a difference it would make to have nice white clean fluffy towels. No fresh air or light in the room as you couldnt really open windows due to noise. No lounge or communal area to sit so you had to stay in your room. A tiny breakfast area that seats 8 so you have to share a table with others. This is all just honest constructive feedback which I feel is very fair.
