Unfortunately I only stayed one night here. This hotel is amazing. The staff treated me like a queen, every single staff member I dealt with was lovely. Really close to the airport. My booking included transfers both ways to airport. Made it so much easier. Bed was soft and comfortable, slept like a baby. Quiet too considering how close the planes are. Ordered room service, food was delicious. If I have to be picky I didnt like that the fresh pineapple juice wasnt cold it was room temperature. Other than that I couldnt fault this delightful hotel. I will definitely stay here again. If you are only in Delhi for 24hrs or a stop over, dont bother dealing with traffic and going all the way into the city. Treat yourself and stay here! It was fantastic.

It's a nice hotel - certainly not at the level of the Taj Mahal Hotel (where we spent the majority of our visit) but more than adequate for an airport hotel. My issue was with the staff. We stayed at Roseate House for less than 10 hours because we were transiting through Delhi to go to Kathmandu. Checked in around 4:30am and checked out at 9:30am. I was asked to provide a credit card at check-in for incidentals and did so. When we woke up around 7am, I had an email from Amex alerting me of fraud charges. There were fraudulent charges totaling over $1000 USD on my card before Amex blocked them. I had not used my credit card for over 24 hours due to long transit times from New York so I'm absolutely certain that it was someone at Roseate House that stole my credit card details and proceeded to Venmo themselves hundreds of dollars at a time and attempt to make clothing purchases at Billionaire Boys Club (yeah, it's hard to feel sympathetic when the fraudster is literally shopping for sweet threads with your card - there's no starving family story here). I landed in Delhi and less than 4 hours later, my credit card info was compromised - cliche, much? I alerted the manager the morning I checked out and he vehemently denied the possibility of any wrongdoing. Well, he said he was "pretty sure" that it wasn't anyone at Roseate House. I then emailed the hotel to explain what happened and they also denied it. Now, I have another reservation at the hotel coming up in a few days and I'm wondering if I should cancel it after this harrowing experience. I only had about 10 days in Kathmandu and Delhi and it was not fun spending hours on the phone with Amex sorting this out.

We were very pleasantly surprise from the time we were picked up at the airport to the luxury and beautiful finishes in the hotel The room was top class the only criticism is that they are a little dark but this is only personal taste The breakfast and the service in the restaurant was the best we had in all our time in India the foyer was beautifully decorated with fresh flowers it was a real treat to stay there would definitely recommend
