What needs to improve : continue noise from upper floor, tea cattle kept inside almira
Reason For Rating : Location: best, in front of greater kailash metro Restaurant service & quality: average, though breakfast arranged is good housekeeping: average, only one towel for 2 person, glasses for water drinking not clean, though tea cattle provided but kept inside the almira as no space in room accessibility: average, mobile signals lost inside room plz also check they are charging GST on food bill @18 instead of 5 room quality: average, continue noise from upper floor like 24 hrs kitchen running parking: congested approach road

What's Good: Nothing great. Everything normal.
What needs to improve : Staff service , room occupancy, bathroom.
Reason For Rating : Hospitality need to be improved. It says its 3 star hotel but only prices or rates cant decide. It dont feels lyk.things are there bt they dont are trained and doesnt feels lyk 3 star hotel. Need improvement.

The staff is very cordial and friendly and respect their guests . The rooms are clean and tidy and well maintained . The owner Manoj takes care of all requests made .. Food served is fresh and delicious made .. Ask for Puram and Bablu .. they do their bit to make u feel comfortable .. Excellent stay

Nice and clean hotel helpful and friendly staff.easy to answers my queries room service was awesome they delivered fast service comfortable bed .thnks fab hotel providing such a kind of services I will recommend this hotel for traveller.

My bf and I booked one night throught booking.com at this hotel. when we arrived this unfriendly and unwelcoming receptionist girl didn't greet us, didnt offer us to take a sit or any refreshment while we were waiting for check in , tired and with our luggage with us. NO smile, no amabilities.. NOTHING We already felt she was missing some professional manners But worse was to come .without looking at us, she said "booking names... (hmmm where are you manners??)... we gave her our booking names, She looked at us from head to toe, and said " for who is this booking for " ? I smiled and said " well for us of course!" she looked at us like it was a problem ... I felt like " why is she racist like this ?" Then said she couldn't find it and just litteraly ignored us for the next 10 minutes... trying to be busy on her laptop doing litteraly ... NOTHING. After asking her "what s the matter 3 times?" she then decided to answered us " I can't find your booking you have no booking here" even after I showed her 4 times on my phone... I ignored her behaviour thinking about the stay only and as it was free cancelation on booking , i asked her.. "does this room includes a double bed right?" She said no only 2 simple beds. So i asked her " i can still cancel this one that you can't find and again do an other booking for a double bed room to be easy for you to find as well "? She said unfriendly "just check online" ( hmmm okay) ...Found a new offer for a king bed sized room on booking.com but ...Free cancellation not available this time... So I told her" ok I will now book this one, checkijg one last time with her that s a king size bed, i've cancelled the old one you should be able to see my new booking now" ( charged by credit card if cancelled) To be nice to her and helpful. After I 've just booked this room ...like if the things weren't that wrong enough yet... she looked at my bf and I and in a very rude way she said we don't allowed "couple" here. ( hum what?) " we don't allowed unrelated couples" Wait WHAT??!! COULD YOU BE MORE RUDE THAN THAT?!?!?! WHAT IS THAT ...RACISM? We VE JUST BOOKED our ROOM IN FRONT OF YOU !! I M FROM FRANCE AND I HAVE NEVER MET SOMEONE AS RACIST AND RUDE IN A THE HOTEL INDUSTRY!! She then tried to pretend that it was clearly wrote on the website and that s not her faute if we booked a unrefundable offer... ( I 've made sure it wasn't write down and check the conditions on booking.com from this hotel... nothing there of course she was liying) She refused to refund us and to give us an alternative This went on.... for more than 1h30 !!!! I got enough of her and called booking.com They were super nice and told me they will contact this hotel that is not respecting the rules and conditions of AN HOTEL!!! She told me they were suppose to welcome us or refund us or relocate us... wich after 2 hours an other manager did. He came to help at some point seeing that this girl wasn't helping at all and making things worse ! He found a hotel closed by for us and tried his best to be helpful and polite.he apologized and brought our suitcases to our new lobby. SO CONCLUSION AVOID THIS HOTEL THE GIRL AT THE RECEPTION IS AS RUDE AS POSSIBLE RACIST THEY ARE NOT PEOFESSIONNAL Don't loose your money or your time !

Hi I recently visited this hotel on business purpose.The front office manager is worst doesnt even greet.Rooms are small and full of mosquitoes.Restraunt food us worst ever to eat in whole of my life.There are limited people to help you out for room service.Night rooms are full of drunkards and not recommended for families.On complaint of delay in food manager speaks rudely which i didnt want to argue as i have already paid through online and will not get back my money.Dont visit this hotel on look of pics online.

This hotel is built in a kind of apartment and I'll tell you everything with evidence that why you shouldnt checkin here. I checked in this hotel on 25th morning at around 9am ( yes they allowed checkin at 9am, thankyou for that) . I also gave my laundry on 25th morning before leaving for office at arund 9.45am. Their promised time to deliver was till 9pm that day itself. I kept asking but they were simply delaying and delaying and I finally got my laundry on 26th night after asking like 10 times. to my uttershock , the clothes were shabbily washed , high heat ironed so in all the clothes were destroyed. secondly , my shirt was missing and two vests were also missing and when I complained, he simply started shouting at me only and asked me to wait till next morning. when he shouted, his tone was such low as if he's coming from such fish market. In 10 mins , I told that I will check out tomorrow. on 27th's morning , he added mineral water charges which were actually complimentary. When i asked to remove it , he gave me a very bad look and said " i thought you took more than complimentary bottles'. He also charged me laundry at a higher rate than the amount promised at the time of checkin. And when I asked , he said , i told you 'approximately' . But i swear , he never said so and to confirm this , i even asked my senior who went along with me to enquire about the hotel. Also , pls see the photos in which the hotelier's room service guy has written the quantity of clothes but I was charged for lesser quantity of clothes which clearly indicates that 'He lost few of the items. Now even after checking out on 27th, they didnt do anything about the laundry . kept saying that their laundry guy hasnt arrived yet.I called them multiple times. On 28th afternoon ( that is after 3 days of giving the laundry) , they're saying that 'laundry guy doesnt have your clothes. when i said ' but will the guest lie .. he says ' why should we trust the guest and his tone was very bad i swear. He's over arrogant and over egoistic which never you'll ever notice at any hotel staff. I also recorded the conversation but I cant post the recording in this review as it isnt allowed. After the conversations when I sent him a text saying ' I will post a review, he puts false accusitions on me that I asked him whether i can call my female friend or not and this is why me krishna agarwal changed from previos hotel to his hotel. Here is the catch my friends : Firstly , I shifted from OYO 504 Greater Kailash to this hotel where couples are much welcome , then why would I shift to sumedha premium. Second logic : If I had to shift to your hotel for calling girls in my room , then why would I shift to sumedha premium after he had denied (according to him). Also , the mattresses and furnishings used are of low quality. it just seems good. linens were dirty. Also they have wrongly advertised themselves as 3 star hotel in their website which is a very big crime. Come on, this hotel doesnt even have a proper restaurant(only 5-6 tables- a very normal seating arrangement) or any other service then how can it be 3 star. its located in a apartment. PLEASE SEE all the photos attatched for almost all the events which I have narrated. I know, Mr .Manoj Singh will falsely reply to this review but it doesnt matter because my pictures which I have attatched are good enough to proof everything. I believe Mr. Manoj Kumar has wrongly entered into hospitality industry because I've never seen such behaviour from anybody.
