Good location with lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Nice staff and service. Clean room and the breakfast had everything I needed. Had dinner at the roof top restaurant and it was really tasty. The roof top was also very nice in the afternoon with a good read and a cold drink

Dont let the location put you off it is typical Delhi and very central. The staff were amazing very helpful with rooms, lugage and directions. We actually got to use the Metro which is really cheap and spotless and very safe due to map and stop lists drawn by the desk clerk, we had an amzing 3 days travelling on it to the Lotus Temple, India Gate and the Delhi Zoo which i recommend a visit.

The rooms were small, clean and comfortable but they looked a little dated and tired. Everything worked, WiFi was good and the shower was hot. The room had a tv, mini bar and kettle. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent and everywhere appeared neat and clean. I stayed for one night and the room met my needs and requirements.

This hotel has a nice lobby and lift, however our room was not good. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was dingy. The bathroom was clumsy, small and difficult to clean. I can't be sure but it seems you have to request housekeeping other wise they don't come while you're out, instead showing up when you return home tired and needing privacy. Breakfast was okay and the staff were helpful.

After traveling for 26 hours, sleep deprived, a blurred mind I arrived at 3am for check-in.The doorman, front desk and porter were all there for my check -in. ( And the hotel did not skip a beat when I checked out at 11pm when I departed, ) Thankfully there were no surprises in the room. Nothing had to be figured out except the hot water which required running the faucet for 10 minutes. After some sleep and with a clear head I found I was in a spotless, small, elegant boutique hotel. When I returned very late one night and needed dinner, Surprise!!! The restaurant is also 24/7. Ordering my food was a discussion. The waiter would ask me what I wanted: sweet or savory? light or meat? etc. and then he would suggest options that were perfect, just what I really wanted and delicious. Of course, everything was made fresh. The location is a half block off Karol Bagh Market. This is NOT a tourist market. It is a market for the residents of Delhi. Everything I needed was right there: ATM, Spec Shop, worker restaurants, replace the damaged luggage, get leggins, and so on. Taj Princess had everything and I enjoyed my stay.
