I have booked a Super Deluxe Room using Agoda with street view and free airport drop. The room that was given had no street view. However it was a big one. But close to the reception it was very noisy. The free airport drop was refused and no arguing helped..

V booked hotel.. For one day stay,,, v reached to hotel early at 10 am n request to reception that if room r vacant then.. Kindly check in into room v hv kids too... But... They lie n told that room is packed n will check out on time.... Kids r getting bored n crying on front of desk but the cowards staff of hotel reception did not allow to check in room before time.... Staff hv No Feeling for kids...This worst part of Hotel.... Whereas Hotel is very dirty.... No internet... Jst wifi is there with no internet connectivity.... Not At all preferreable this for stay...!,

This hotel was dirty with a terrible location. They had to moved us 3 times until we found an ok room, after a 30hour flight hotel did not send the transfer as confirmed, taxi got lost as hotel is in a terrible location. When they gave the room the bathroom has dirty literally unflushed.. hair everywhere.. it was past midnight and we couldnt move somewhere else . We slept on our travelling clothes hoping this night to end.

3 of us stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as we needed to stay close to the Airport, it was the cheapest hotel we could find at the time at 500 rupees per person,per night. The Room: *4.5 stars out of 5* We were put in a clean spacious family room that could easily sleep five people, the room had its own bathroom, sofa bed, Tv (with sky), wardrobe and a small dining table, all facilities worked. The room itself was a cool temperature at all times without the ceiling fan being switched on, the beds were very comfortable, pillows and sheets were clean. Room service: *2.5 stars out of 5* The room service was not cheap and the food was less than average, The garlic Nan's and all Indian breads were reheated and the texture was rubber-like, the hotel is very strict about their breakfast policy, you can't order anything from the breakfast menu after 10am (not even toast!) also there is a service charge + tax which is added every time you order room service. you won't find a large variety of restaurants in the area, and the ones you do find are very expensive (more than 400 rupees a plate) so I guess the only logical choice we had for food was the hotel. The Staff: *2.5 stars out of 5* The staff are efficient but very blunt and straight to the point, they asked us to pay our bill on the second day of our stay although we were not due to check out for another 24+ hours. Every time we ordered room service the staff would not knock before entering, they would just attempt open the door without kicking or alerting us which I found extremely rude and intrusive, I tried to communicate and request that they knock before attempting to enter which they seemed to understand but they continued with the same behaviour! (Staff needs to be trained properly!) Payment: *4.5 out of 5* There is a card machine and the hotel allow you to pay for the room on card but you have to pay for the food in cash, this would have been convenient for us if the card machine was working! We had to pay for everything in cash with everything we had on us, we were 150 rupees short but they let us off which was nice of them. All in all we were more or less happy with the experience as the room was comfortable, every thing else may need some improvement! At a push i'd give a very generous 4 stars out of 5 for this experience.

It's location could've been one of it's usp had its service been better.Rooms are not well maintained and the door locks are not proper,moreover the food isn't good either.Rooms are very congested and does not seem like a hotel.I will never recommend it to others although it is located on the mahipalpur Gurgaon highway near the IGIA
