I stayed here for a period of around 4 months and it was a great experience. The rooms were good and clean and the services were great. The owner and the staffs too were super-friendly and helpful. We were allowed to use additional services too whenever needed and almost never faced any sort of issue or inconvenience at the place.

Was here for a week with my elderly mother. It is in a quiet and clean upmarket part of Delhi. I found the place to be clean, comfortable and convenient. The pros: 1. The elevator. Yes, this was a huge priority for me as I couldnt imagine my mother using the stairs!! 2. The room. We were (very thoughtfully) allocated the room on the same floor as the breakfast area and kitchen, which was again very convenient for us. The room itself was spacious, had a very comfortable kingsize bed, ample storage space to stack our bags. The Aircon was working well while we did have the option of using the ceiling fan too. 3. The bathroom. Clean, well tiled and thankfully had a separate shower area. There was a continuous supply of hot water too.. 4. The breakfast: It was good to have freshly made breakfast every morning and a variety too. Great way to start the day! 5. Internet: I found the wifi excellent, something which was important for me. 6. The owner & staff: This is the main reason I love staying in small boutique hotels. We were able to immediately connect with all the staff who were always there to help us. Mr Ashwani was there almost every morning to greet us and advise us on any thing we needed. He was able to understand our needs and suggested some amazing events that were happening but we were sadly unable to attend any of them. Thanks again Mr Ashwani. Cons: The only issue for me was that it really wasnt near any restaurant/shop. This was entirely my problem again due to the limited mobility of my mother. It would also be good if we could have a regular housekeeping (at least every alternate day), something that we had to request for in the midst of our weeks stay. Overall..excellent stay, safe and great value for money.

I had the opportunity to stay for two months at this fantastic place while interning at a firm in Delhi. I should start with Mr Ashwani, a very courteous host, an inspiring entrepreneur, and a connoisseur of classic Bollywood melodies. The place is situated in a calm neighbourhood in Saket away from the hustle and bustle of the Delhi traffic. Every morning started off with warm conversations over breakfast with people from different nationalities visiting the city for various purposes. I enjoyed the crispy dosa rolls made by the staff. The rooms are air-conditioned and well maintained. They provide a good collection of books and a quiet common hall too if you love reading. There are shopping malls around the place, PVR Cinemas, the metro station is at walking distance, and there is a small park close by if you wish to take a stroll. It is the host that adds value to this place for his interest in providing hospitality to every guest. He is very much approachable and accommodating to the guests, always eager to help them in any possible way. Would love to visit again.

We had an awkward flight schedule. We got into Delhi early one morning and left very early the next morning. They accommodated our early arrival and departure. It was clean. It was near a park and a mall for our kids. They even ordered food for us that they were not preparing, and then set the table for us each time our food arrived. For New Delhi, this is one of the best places I've stayed.
