The hotel location is very close to IGI. Facilities and service are good. Staffs are very attentive. Front desk also very good. Overall stay was pleasant and I will certainly stay here again when in Delhi.

10 minutes from terminal 3, good and decent option in mahinpal our, staff is very supportive rooms are very clear with good quality toiletries perfect option for 1 nights stay near airport I didn't use breakfast and food service so no comments for this But I am sure it is nice.

I would give this hotel -1 stars if I could. Firstly, they lied and said their address was in Connaught place, MUCH more central to everything in Delhi which we hoped for. Secondly, after arguing with them and telling them that they lied, they offered us a free airport transfer when the airport is about 2 minutes drive... no remorse shown at all. The room was dirty, the sheets felt like they hadnt been replaced for years, we had no towels or toilet paper and the TV didnt work. The walls were so thin you could hear everything going on around you. After calling to get towels and toilet paper over and over, we just walked outside the room to the maintenance cart and got it for ourselves. Just when I thought it couldnt get worse, the shower, after taking fifteen minutes to get hot, flooded the whole bathroom as their drainage system obviously doesnt exist. This hotel is beyond hopeless, the staff and management is absolutely ridiculous and incompetent. You couldnt pay me to stay here again. Do yourselves a favour and do not book this hotel EVER. Lastly, after leaving this hotel we received many many emails bribing us with 500 rupees to write a good review about them. You have to be kidding..

This hotel lies about their address on google for starters, our driver dropped us to the address online - to which we soon realised was not the correct one. Instead of being in the heart of Delhi it is in the middle of no where near the airport. We then had to pay the driver extra to get us to the correct hotel we had booked and paid for. The shower flooded, minimal hot water. The reception staff were not understanding or helpful either. They offered to get us a transfer to the airport (4 minutes away) and the driver then demanded a tip afterwards... The restaurant food is overpriced and there is nothing else around the hotel to choose from. The room was dirty and we had to get our own towels and toilet paper from the cart outside the door, which was blocked by a mop on the ground. Once we left the overpriced hotel we received several emails bribing us 500 rupees to write a good review. I am horrified at our experience.

This hotel is even a decent place, 10 min drive for the airport and it costs around 25 $ per night for a double room. However is not really clean, the receptionist speak bad English. But the biggest problem is when they tried to cheat me : first i paid for a second night directly in the hotel and thwy charged me more compare to booking and shouldn t be like that and overall when i paid for the taxi fir going to airport they first pretend to forget to give me the change back, then they wanted to give me less money of how was supposed.. When i said the change wasn t correct the night receptionist just laughed and said " we are ok, the change is tip for me" i didn t think so and toke my money back at the end
