    Very Good!

Reason For Rating : Tell your reception to help customers as soon as they call. I call them for drinking qater and they took almost 4 hours for that and that too because i have to go 2 floors down to reception and tell them again.

Nice facilities with very cooperative staffs. Wonderful stay in Delhi. Nice and very approachable location. Appetite restaurant attached with hotel is very good and room service is appreciable. Free wifi service is good. Roof garden is amazing.

  • Noisy and cutting costs in unusual ways

    by photosbydhh on

Although the young hotel manager delivered a good personal service, it does not make up for the servere noise issue due to thin windows and big gaps between those that could open shielding only a little against the heavy street noise. Also, it took me two days to figure out why I only had a little hot water on the first day and then none after that: The staff turns off all power to water heaters and AC on the main switch outside the room door. I turned it on and agter a few hours it was off again. What a bad way to cut costs! Hint: turn on at night. Then staff only ses it in the morning. Food in the restaurant is good - better than other restaurants I trives on the busy tourist packed street. Complimentary breakfast was dull, though (another cost cut). I wouldn't say the hotel is bad, I have just been at better in the same price range. It is, though, not a three-star to me.

  • Good service!

    by Janina P on

We were two weeks there with my husband and enjoyed a lot of the place. Staff was very helpful and room was cozy and cool. In restaurant the food was good and people very friendly. From hotel short walk to New Delhi Station and two Metro stations.

  • Ask for an AC room when booking, and if want a room with a window. Not sure if any have a western toilet.
