Reason For Rating : Room service' response time should be faster, rest all is quite fine. Tea received in room wasn't even okay. I mean paying 250/- for some "waterish kinda tea", I am not okay with it. Tea should contain, atleast,more of milk, if not anything else. Food taste can be made better, in that ala carte' restaurant down there in lobby.

What's Good: Good food quality,
What needs to improve : They have taken away my personal liquor bottle from my luggage. This is the first time in my life that my personal belongings were taken away in the name of hotel policy. Bad very bad. Though I have seen that bottles were supplied to other rooms by the hotel staff.

What's Good: conveniently located at walking distance from Metro Station, Cleaniness, Cheerful welcoming staff
What needs to improve : I left some of my clothes I was wearing at the time of checkin in the Almirah which I remembered after check out. I called the hotel who transferred my call to lost and found department. I talked to Mr. Mayank but he denied having found any cloth. They should have verified the CCTV footage of cleaning staff as I have kept my clothes and did not carried them back with me, so it must be found by hotel staff. Clothes could not vanish in thin air hence being a reputed hotel they should take some pain to locate my belongings.
Reason For Rating : We arrived at hotel around 4 PM. Inquired at the reception about our room but they were unable to find booking in their system. I provided then booking confirmation ID and even after that they took half an hour more to validate the booking. My partner was not feeling well and inspire of my request, we were able to check in after one hour waiting. This kind of communication gap is simply not acceptable..

Reason For Rating : The flight + hotel booking process was a breeze....the whole experience during booking this holiday was simple and straight forward....look forward to making more such holiday bookings if or my family in the future.

What's Good: It was really a sad experience to see the quality of services provided by the hotel Ac was not working from the time I checked in and just imagine till 11 pm in the night the maintenance activities were being carried out in my booked room.. was I there to watch their repair wrk .. unimaginable harassment with no courtesy to offer a replacement room.. despite my several request . . Breakfast : no courtesy to check with the guest for any last order ..simply just wipe the complete buffet and the you keep asking for stuff. I know it's 1030 but please have some courtesy to announce someway.. At departure: some pleasent exchange with roshan but time had gone and my whole experience and harassment couldn't be recovered .. complete waste of money. . I hope someone from the hotel reads this and refunds my hard earned money ..

we stayed here for 4 nights in between 17-21 april 2018. we recommended this hotel to everyone. reasons: * wonderful & quite large size rooms. * amazing breakfast. *best location - close to airport & walking from metro station. *opposite to shopping mall. * friendly & helpful staff. * front office - team (gud job) * special thanks to mr. rajnish (duty manager) for your help & support. thanks team welcom dwarka will again visit you very soon.

Last month I visit welcomhotel dwarka with my family for the brkfst and the brkst was amazing .Staff was very helpful and yogesh was the only person who handle the rest. And the guest.He was the amazing person I had ever met with him.so overall we enjoyed a lot.

This hotel had everything you could want. I didn't even need to pack toiletries as everything was provided. We ordered room service and food was delivered to a high quality standard even if it was a little slow. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The only downfall would be having to pay for wifi. Surely it should be included in such a hotel or at least have wifi free zones in the hotel.
