What's Good: courteous staff and room size
What needs to improve : too few lifts resulting in long wait.crowded breakfast room of pavillion 75.had to wait half hour to get a table.
Reason For Rating : 1.Long Long wait time for lift. 2.Loooooong wait time for breakfast if you go after 930am.had to wait for half hour to get a breakfast tabl;e 3.very awakward height of tanle and chair in the room. 4.Helpful,courteous staff.It is the Management that needs to be improved and not staff. Will avoid staying at this hotel in future.

What's Good: Cleanliness of the hotel was really marvelling. Also,the staff was really polite.
What needs to improve : Just one thing, AC of the room was not effective at all.
Reason For Rating : Everything went hassle free. Thanks to Yatra. But the hotel AC wasnt really cooling the room properly. So i think that goes in for a minus point for the hotel. But as far as bookings were concerned, everything went smoothly. Thankyou Yatra.

Reason For Rating : Room service' response time should be faster, rest all is quite fine. Tea received in room wasn't even okay. I mean paying 250/- for some "waterish kinda tea", I am not okay with it. Tea should contain, atleast,more of milk, if not anything else. Food taste can be made better, in that ala carte' restaurant down there in lobby.

What needs to improve : They have taken away my personal liquor bottle from my luggage. This is the first time in my life that my personal belongings were taken away in the name of hotel policy. Bad very bad. Though I have seen that bottles were supplied to other rooms by the hotel staff.

What needs to improve : I left some of my clothes I was wearing at the time of checkin in the Almirah which I remembered after check out. I called the hotel who transferred my call to lost and found department. I talked to Mr. Mayank but he denied having found any cloth. They should have verified the CCTV footage of cleaning staff as I have kept my clothes and did not carried them back with me, so it must be found by hotel staff. Clothes could not vanish in thin air hence being a reputed hotel they should take some pain to locate my belongings.
Reason For Rating : We arrived at hotel around 4 PM. Inquired at the reception about our room but they were unable to find booking in their system. I provided then booking confirmation ID and even after that they took half an hour more to validate the booking. My partner was not feeling well and inspire of my request, we were able to check in after one hour waiting. This kind of communication gap is simply not acceptable..

What's Good: It was really a sad experience to see the quality of services provided by the hotel Ac was not working from the time I checked in and just imagine till 11 pm in the night the maintenance activities were being carried out in my booked room.. was I there to watch their repair wrk .. unimaginable harassment with no courtesy to offer a replacement room.. despite my several request . . Breakfast : no courtesy to check with the guest for any last order ..simply just wipe the complete buffet and the you keep asking for stuff. I know it's 1030 but please have some courtesy to announce someway.. At departure: some pleasent exchange with roshan but time had gone and my whole experience and harassment couldn't be recovered .. complete waste of money. . I hope someone from the hotel reads this and refunds my hard earned money ..

There location was superb. Its just opposite sec-10 dwarka metro station. If you are coming from airport take airport express line to sec-21 dwarka and change there to another line, which will take you to sector 10 and the whole journey will take around 15-20mins. I would recommend to take metro because taking a cab will be more expensive and time consuming because of traffic. As you will be coming out of the station you can easily see this big property, which will be just 2 mins walk. Its an amazing property with huge and spacious rooms. Hospitality and service is the key feature there. Staff is friendly and really hospitable, always welcoming their guests with a smile, thats what I actually like about them. Food was upto the expectations. They also have a big grocery store and couple of shops and restaurants adjoining to the hotel or rather I would say a mall inside the hotel, from where you can buy your daily need amenities. The property was quite crowded and was difficult to move around. Lifts were taking time. Well I dont blame the property because I think there were too many group bookings that they were handling that day. I like the most is the connectivity, hospitality of their staff and spacious rooms.I am saying that because it was a busy day when we were checking in, we also had to go to the meetings, their staff helped us to expedite the process to get our room fast so that we can get ready and can leave for our meetings. Thank you ITC.

The hotel is well located close to the airport & luxurious stay at reasonable rates. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel.The rooms are large & clean & food is also good. I speacially thanks to dipika sehgal who gave good service to us.I really wish to stay here again.

From past 5 day i was staying in welcome hotel dwarka i had a great expirience in this hotel the hotel staff was too much cooperative nd helfull specially mr negi ( GM ) of this hotel nd specially thanks to mr dilip , miss varsha , miss renu , mr prantap , mr rohit ,miss chitrakshi, miss priti ,mr abhishek arora , mr arup front office manager nd the person who was there in room service he was a amazing person and kindhearted guy his name was mr hemant seriously he was amazing guy nd all the hotel staff was cooperative thnku all From Cox and kings family
