Our taxi driver found it a little difficult to find as it is right down an alley that you cannot drive down. Best bet is get your taxi driver to ask people as we did did and people were able to tell him which alley we should go down and he directed us down there. Definitely ask people when you get near (Sam's cafe is nearby as the address states on booking.com) as there are so many alleys and you could spend ages searching for it otherwise and the alley it is down doesn't look like there should be anything down there! But it's right at the end. Other than having to walk down the smelly dingy alley which was quite unpleasant the location is very good as it is right in the middle of a very busy Street so there are lots of shops and places to eat and it is easy to get a Tuktuk or rickshaw. Not too far from the red fort and India gate and won't cost you much to get to either of these in a Tuktuk - we paid 500 rupees to go to both (as well as the presidential palace which looks really good lit up at night and is worth seeing) and back. The room at this guest house was basic and fairly small and the bed was not comfortable but you would expect that based on how cheap it was. There was a fan in the room but this wasn't particularly effective at cooling down the room so it was still quite hot and stuffy. No towels, toilet roll or soap were provided. Bathroom was small with no hot water and no proper shower; there was a tap on the wall but that's it - would've been quite hard to wash under it. The first room we went in on the top floor the wifi didn't work but we got moved down a floor and then the wifi was good in the room. Some of the staff spoke good English, some not so much, some were friendly, helpful and welcoming, others not so much; depends who you spoke to!

This place is a real disgusting bug hole! I got bitten many times from bed bugs and was scared about my health. The pictures are old and everything is in terrible condition. It would be better to close that place!

The hotel is pathetic. The front of the hotel you cant even imagine, it is so narrow, shabby that hardly one person can pass by it. The staff behaviour is very rude. I booked the hotel online and it was an AC room (this was just for the cause that it is bigger in size). When I checked-in the hotel they gave me a much smaller non-ac room. When I asked the person at the front desk about it, they told they allotted the room to some other person who booked the room directly coming at the desk and they can't give me any spacious room. The person at the front desk along with two other people was literally charging me as if I am the guilty! I finally gave up and was compelled to stay in the small room :-(. I think these persons are very unprofessional that they take money from the persons who book by coming to their desk and harass the persons like this who book rooms online. So please never stay in this hotel. I wish I could give a ZERO rating. But unfortunately there is no option!

I booked this hotel randomly on Goibibo.com,but later on i regreted about my decision.Very small room,no window was there and the condition of the washroom was worst.Location too is a problem,in those tight streets of Paharganj.Only good part was it was cheap but i think spend some more 100 INR and you will get better stay. Nearest metro station to this hotel- New delhi Nearest Railway Station- New Delhi(800m walk)
