hello friends this side rakesh singh from delhi and today i will tell you OYO provide 3rd class services.. they are not stay in their word.. my customer case no is 5304632.. actually my case is some one stranger whose name is Naveen Rana this man is use my mail id for booking hotel through OYO.. when i get mail from oyo on that time i go and and update through the no which is given in oyo app.. last 3 days ago i called oyo and tell him my issue.. i just want to know who is using my mail id because if in future my naveen rane who is stranger for me he done any crime in hotel then may be i will be get problem last 3 days ago i called oyo care no but they are not give satisfied answer to me i am not satisfied whit that... and one more thing they are not loyal in their word.. when i talk they told me he will be call back but on that day till night i dont get any call fro their side.. in three days i called oyo arround 20 times and every call duration around 40 minutes or 70 minutes bt i am not happy with that even till now i dont get any call or mail from their side... till now Rakesh singh firstname.lastname@example.org note : plz change your staff

Service was excellent...! very nice stall, Room was very big with all the amenities working and in excellent condition. Washroom was also very big and clean. It was a very nice experience and wants to personally everyone to give it a chance. Liked it very much and will definitely visit again ......!!!!! Keep it up ;)

We booked Mascot for a wedding in November, over a period of 3 days. Very nice and humble staff with good facilities. Rooms were comfortable, and the food arrangements were also very nice and delicious. We would like to specially thank Nitin for making the stay so memorable for all the guests. I would recommend this place for any wedding and party functions. On a personal note, if you want to enjoy the wedding functions, the whole atmosphere of everyone coming together and enjoying special moments, delicious food, Mascot Hospitality is the choice of venue. We had a bulk booking to have a formal social function in the property - where group from diff places have come in. Now to manage a diverse group management is very difficult, while the staff and management of MASCOT has done it really well. They have been very helpful and flexible to the best possible limits. Food has never been a challenge and it was giving 100% feel of self cooked / home away home feeling all through. Rgds - Vishal Yagnick
