Not perfect but very nice

Tho facilities are not new but clean and full-featured. Staff are somehow helpful. There is a guy called Beni showing me a lot about food and always recommend the delicious choices.
Noida, as imagination, is not a tourist city to visit. However for a business trip, this hotel could be a good choice around.

When you need to stay in NOIDA
by Firdaus K

The location of the hotel is good and has multiple dining options just outside and also within the same building. The rooms are large but have an old and tired look to them. Facilities are nice and maybe useful but the furniture needs to be replaced immediately. The lighting in the sitting room is too dull for working or having a meeting.
Almost nothing is available with room service except hot beverages and sandwiches. Staff is minimal and I did not see any housekeeping staff working although I was in the hotel continuously for over 18 hours.
Keeping this in mind the rooms are heavily overpriced.

Full disappointment

I have stayed in savoy suites s16 in past as well (2years ago) when i was really happy with location, prices, services of the hotel.
Now in march i travelled again to noida and of course i went to same hotel considering that good experience i had before.
Worst decission of my life - i have changed 3 rooms, and although we moved from one room to another because of the bad maintenance of the hotel, we still end up staying in very dirty bathroom (not even a public toilet was looking like that) and the bedsheets were dirty with blood, i had 1 channel powder missing after i checked out this hotel...
When i addressed this issue with the management the guy was also irritated with the fact that i complain about thus, as to them the room looks nice.
This is not acceptable in a hotel
Now i have to travel again to delhi but since i knew that savoy its not trusted anymore i looked for the hotel in the advance and i could take hilton garden inn at 60 eur instead of 50 what i was paying in savoy - big difference.
I hope that savoy management will do smth about this situation - my personal advise would be to keep an eye on the cleaning stuff because 2 years ago this hotel was great and now its in this state clearly because of lack of attention from cleaning stuff.

4 nights split in 2 stays

Ive always stayed in hotels only while in Delhi and seeing as I needed to be in the Noida region this time, the Savoy Suites were booked.
The concept of the suites are better for repeat visits to India. The location is also great as it is in the business hub of Noida and at the access roads.
My first suite on the 3rd floor could have done with a proper clean. Most parts of the suite was dusty and the bathroom could also do with a good scrub in all corners.
My second suite on the 2nd floor was better.
A decent breakfast is also served here. You dont have to book breakfast because there are decent shops and restaurants downstairs.
Wifi is available but up and down.
Id highly recommend the Savoy Suites instead of the commercial hotels.
