Amazing helpful staff from this hotel. They gave me all information about the city(Ongole). Bathroom shower is very small and uncomfortable. Climate and view of the hotel were good. Felt that they need to improve in cleanliness and service.

i visit last month and i ordered veg snack food. i feel its good but not upto the the mark. location and management was good and i visit 2 times to this hotel i feel its not excellent but you can justify for your mioney.

Been to a Function which was held during the morning session of a Marriage Engagement of my close relatives with good breakfast & lunch served by team of workers with excellent hospitality by the trained staff & good ambience.

We were looking forward to re visiting this hotel this December after a previously excellent stay in February 2015. What a disappointment awaited us! Our visit this time, outbound, was marred by unprofessional staff at the front desk and a dirty room. To add insult to injury the front desk staff tried to give us old bank notes, no longer in circulation, as change for a new non-demonetized note! As always the cheaper rooms were not available though the place seemed quite empty. The room was not clean and there was no hot water. The breakfast was poor, with limited choices, but was free. So why did we return on our homeward trip? Ongole is a small town. Could our first visit have been so different from the second? Luckily the staff on the front desk were much better this time, more professional and friendly. Their card machine still would not accept my card but otherwise this 'welcome' was better. We did have to ask for the bottom sheet to be changed, but overall the fourth floor room was much better than the same priced third floor before. Why do hotels forget to change the sheets in India? So I kept the rating as three star and really hope this hotel can keep on improving again, as our first stay was great!

I orderd non veg food, its good but I would suggest to management to improve the hospatality and treatment. Apart from everything good, food is also good specially sea food. Love to visit again very soon.
