What needs to improve : Cleanness
Reason For Rating : Room is given in second floor corner. My uncle and aunt are old they were difficult to walk . Bath towels are contained black dots. In bathroom mirror bulbs are not working. One of the best thing was TV in working condition.

What's Good: The hotel placed well in Ooty centre and all places could be reached within short time.
What needs to improve : Highly priced. The hotel placed well in Ooty centre and all places could be reached within short time, however, this does not give any advantage as it is next to a gas / petrol station and when you open window or go into balcony it stinks gas / petrol. The hotel seems old and has been cosmetically refurbished to get more rate for a room which should have been 50% what I paid. Bedlinen, pillow towels are badly maintained for the price of room. So overall over priced. Food is no good at all. Only Reception welcomes you well and rest seems you are cut-off. No lift. OLD PEOPLE AND PATIENTS AVOID.

What's Good: Budget Hotel.
What needs to improve : Rooms were ok ok. Not pure clean. Hotel has its restaurant. You can get cheap dosa but I will recommend to go to Pankaj Bhojnalya which is near to this hotel. You will get good proper food there.

What's Good: The Hotel is Situated in the Heart of the Ooty. Very Convenient to explore the ooty. The Reception team especially the Boy "Krishna" was very polite and helped a lot. But, in the restaurant, the boys(always sitting besides the Pantry) behaves like they never seen women. Apart from this, I am very satisfied.

The hotel advantage is that it is slightly cheaper when compared to others. Room service was pathetic. Food wasn't tasting great. I preferred to have in A2b which is very close by.All the places are close by to the hotel. Regards, Kamal.

Hotel Sanjay in the heart of the city near charring Cross. It's 2min from botanical garden. The location of the hotel and the ambience is suitable for all age group. The staffs are courteous and service is prompt.

I feel little expensive price for room rent when I see facilities they provide...But advantage is it's in centre of city near to botanical garden and railway station ...Food quality in this hotel is very bad...

Booked a four bed deluxe room. Good 2 days stay. Food rate is on the higher side. Perfect for accomodation and can try out food near it. Very helpful room boys. Hot water service. Welcome packs. Good ambience. I would recommend.

I had been to Ooty for blogging on various restaurants and places, etc. as a travel blogger accompanied by my friend. Before booking our stay, we went through the hotels terms and conditions. No where it has been mentioned about any policy regarding unmarried couples. (God sake we were not even couples) Apart from that,we reached the hotel in the night around 11. The hotel manager denied our stay in the hotel and rejected to even process our refund. Neither we lied that we were married nor did we give any wrong proof. The hotel manager is pathetic and so are the management policies. No law in our constitution says that any individual above 21 cannot stay with his/her friend. Not that this hotel was like other low budget lodges. Manager started arguing with us and threatened us that he would call the cops. He clearly wanted the money. I would suggest to never even opt for this hotel where none of the staffs were co operative. Manager itself seemed like an impractical idiot person. We lost our money and also had to search for a place to sleep at 12 in the night.
