What's Good: The hotel was good but there were few places which should be cleaned. The overall hygiene factor was that great.

We were at this resort for a one night stay and booked at quite the last moment as our previous hotel stay was not up to the mark and we needed to change. We had little trouble finding the hotel as Google maps showed a crooked path but we finally found it out. We were happy to see the sprawling campus and swimming pool from outside. The rooms are situated at a distance from the reception so you would need to walk and take quite a few stairs to reach yours but the big and spacious rooms are the USP of this hotel. We got rooms 219 and 220 which had a nice view from both sides and our kid had plenty of space to play around. The rooms have big king bed and one extra bed which is comfortable for 3 adults and a kid to stay together. The washrooms are decent and supply of hot water is available all the time so no problem about that as well. There is no hair dryer or toothbrush and comb set so remember to carry yours. The washrooms have soap dispensers. We ordered daal khichdi for kid which was quite tasty. We had our dinner and breakfast both of the which were of decent quality. The behaviour of staff is very good and we were pretty impressed by that. The only drawback I felt was the condition of the pool which had lot of insects and leaves all over and we didn't feel like staying there for long. I request the management to take care of this as I overheard others also complaining about the same. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

I visited this hotel in May 2018 with family. The ambiance is very nice, the food was good. However this hotel has some drawbacks like. 1) This hotel is more suitable for group booking instead of individual booking. 2) If there is some party or wedding function organised by hotel in common area, they play very loud music and Yo Yo Honey Singh's songs between 8pm to 10pm which is very annoying. 3) The pool time is very odd it is between 10am to 7pm. So you cannot plan for morning of late evening swimming session.

We booked for 4 days after checking reviews of tripadvisor. Good Points: 1. Food was good in taste 2. Room were spacious 3. There is garden, swimming pool and parking space 4. No games room, ( only chess and carrom at reception). No GYM. THE BAD: 1. The hotel seems to prefer group bookings. When we arrived there was one large karate group in the hotel with their full day activities occupying entire garden and swimming pool for3 days of our stay. They were allowed to play loudspeakers full day, creating nuisance for other guests. In evening they played DJ, shaking the entire hotel. I complained about noise at reception twice and meet their manager also who assured that group they will stop music by 10 PM and refused to do anything before that, in addition he assured that group was leaving next day so there won't be any more noise. However worst thing happened next day when another small group checked in next day and DJ party started in evening with loud music, and flowing alcohol. 2. Breakfast had limited variety, ( not worth price), only beverage was tea, no coffee, no fruit juice, with 2-3 other items. Overall avoid if you are not in large group, you will be second rate citizen. Not a family resort at all, it is more like a place for partying and drinking with large group. They don't care about complains of lone guests.

The resort has been designed well and the overall vibe of the place is very refreshing. Rooms were as expected and if you ignore the pathway that leads up to the entrance of the rooms, the views are fine as well. A comfortable stay, overall.
