Wanted to spend a good Family time, booked Cassa Valley after checking the details of White House, White House was not available so was offered Cassa Valley. Property is located well & okay. requires maintenance on priority. Room door handle locks are broken so they have install manual/traditional door locks that means if anyone comes in one has to get up to open the door. Bathrooms has no hooks to hang even towels forget about clothes, so very difficult to manage. the same issue is already highlighted in some of the reviews but as I had mentioned Owner is least concerned about hospitality. they only are interested in taking money. Worst experience was Towels & napkins, it was not provided in any of the rooms, we have asked several times & later given the strange & shocking reply that the towels are wet as the earlier guest checkout late. once dry we will give. Ac charges were given separately. the spacious room were extra bed was planned AC was not working. We were in May last week with temp soaring but has to end up sleeping without AC. We know that we were not in Hotel, but whatever is promised should be available or some other arrangements can be done. Owner was informed well in the advance & also specified that at least update us with the situation if things are workable we can look for other hotel.Owner has not responded till date to my messages & calls. Surprising things are all issues highlighted are listed in the reviews by others as well. the same has been addressed by owner on the portal but would have been great if he had actually addressed them as a real issue & get them fixed. Mr. Kamble it is good to make money but people visit your place trusting you guys, don't cheat them , spend some money on basic maintenance don't post edited Photoshop pics to mislead Guest.Be honest to revert if any issues are highlighted. Stand on your commitment.

The WHITE HOUSE in Panchgani is a large bungalow type accommodation with 6 double beds spread out over 5 bedrooms. It was cheaper booking it directly with the owner than through AirBnB. We paid approximately Rs. 20000 per night for 14 adults. Though the architect is reportedly the famous Hafiz Contractor, I suspect that the owners re-modelled the rooms to ensure that separate sections of the house could be used independently. As a result the current lay out doesn't seem to bring much credit to the famous architect. The rooms are convenient and clean and there is a large spacious garden where the staff helped us set up a barbecue. In general the staff (at least the ones who were there when we were there) were very helpful. While food was not included in the amount paid, the staff were able to themselves or through outside caterers offer us simple home-made food at very reasonable rates. If we wanted anything fancy we went out and had meals in one of the many hotels available in the area. There was a garden with a swing and a seesaw (though not in the best condition), which was good. However, since the garden had red mud, which easily stained everything, it would have been preferable if there was white sand or gravel or grass to cover the open areas of the garden, so that children could be allowed to play freely in that area without dirtying themselves too much. There was also no sitting arrangement in the garden and sittiing on the edge of the barbecue pit meant getting all one's clothes covered with red mud. The staff who were helpful offered us around 6 plastic chairs that mitigated the problem a bit. While we went in the non-monsoon season, and so could congregate outside in the garden, it would have been difficult for us to sit all together in one place during the monsoons, as the living rooms could comfortably accommodate only around 8 people. While we were there we had no problem with water or electricity or cleanliness. There was a only a problem in one of the bathrooms which clogged up though the staff eventually unclogged it for us. Finally, it might be good to note that it is preferable to have one's own transport to be able to easily move around in Panchgani.

The bungalow has been made on a very small piece of land though they have done up the interiors well. There are no hooks or racks in the bathroom which can be added and the doormats don't soak any water making the whole room dirty. It will definitely help if the staff is a little friendly. We were 8 of us and the dinning table only has 4 chairs. What I liked best of the place is that they keep it really clean.

One of my friends had been to White House before and when I told him we were planning to go to Pgani-Mwar he insisted we stay at this bungalow. We decided to book it for our family holiday. Its a beautiful bungalow, the owner says its designed by Hafeez Contractor.. you could tell as it looks like most of the Hiranandani Architecture. The bungalow itself is very accessible, just a minute off the main road, but still quiet and calm. The location is awesome, its got a decent view from all sides. I would rate the cleanliness and general maintenance very high with this property. They have a huge well maintained garden around the bungalow as well. Its an excellent property overall, definitely worth a visit again.

I had been to White House with my crew about 3-4 years back. We had a great time there and it stuck with me as a perfect place to take the family as well. I had lost the contacts details so looked it up on google and found it. Spoke to the owner as well, I told him Id like to go with the family this time, he gave me the two bedroom bungalow which was perfect as I was going with wife, kids and mom and dad. The bungalow was a little different this time, but in a good way. Some additions here and there but overall well maintained. The service is still very homely, the staff is quite co-operative they made the basic food as required by our kids and the other food for us was also good, all home-made. They make only veg food there but whenever we wanted non-veg they arranged from outside. The location is very easy to find only like a minute from the main road. The weather was beautiful, the first day was drizzling a bit, foggy and very cozy. The second day was nice, clear bright and sunny. Yes, we got lucky with the weather :)
