What's Good: The staff was very polite and helpful
What needs to improve : The toilet was unclean and broken. Hot water was not available. Wifi not available.

It was nightmare for us. This hotel was booked by our travel agent. The check-in time was 12 noon. We went there at around 2 pm. When we went there, our rooms were still not ready. We had to wait for about 20-25 mins. There was no one at the reception. The hotel was understaffed. Finally, one person came and the check-in process started. After the room keys were handed to us we were shocked to see the bedsheet was dirty and still not removed. It was used be the previous guests. When we complained to the person at the reception, he instead of taking a look at it argued with us and said that the bedsheets are clean and there can be some marks which is normal. Washbasin is one of the room was not working. One of the room was damp. No towel or soap was provided. The hotel staff said that they do not provide towel or soap for guests who have booked through a travel agent. We finished our lunch and spoke to our travel agent to cancel the reservation. We had to wait for about 2 hours and after numerous phone calls we finally cancelled the reservation and went to another hotel. During all this, we found out that the person at the reception was actually a cook and the manager of the hotel was cooking and serving food to the guests. Pathetic hotel, rude staff.

It was an outstanding experience for me staying in this hotel. The room was excellent having Kanchenjunga view. The owner Mr .Rohan and his team of people were very , very helpful all the time, round the clock to give service. And above all the kitchen, I mean the food quality , just excellent and outstanding . I think the best in Pelling. My next visit will be with them too.

Greenland situated on excellent location of upper pelling. Seeing Kanchanjunga straight from its window at morning is an happiest moment in my trip duration. Excellent service whether its about food, travel arrangements or site seeing is outstanding. Very helpfull & caring staff I had ever seen in my all trips till. It is really appreciated & hats of you guys & we would like to thanx for all your supports n service. You are Rock in Pelling... !!

Greenland hotel is in a excellent location, i stayed over there for three days. Rooms condition are too good and also specious , location wise restaurant of the hotel is excellent. You can stay over there and enjoy the pelling trip with family....

I stayed at the hotel for two days in Oct, 2016. Major advantage of the hotel is its location. The hotel is located at Upper Pelling, Zero Point. Probably it is one of the best view points of Pelling. It is a Bengali Hotel. Most of the rooms are with view. Major disadvantages are: 1. It has only two staffs, one in reception and one for room service. Service is very poor. 2. Hotels restaurant is in basement. Quality of food is average, but only veg, non-veg thalis are available. 3. View rooms are spacious, but furniture are old and condition of toilets are poor. Super deluxe rooms are excellent. 4. No lift. I like to inform all the travelers that there is no doctors clinic and medicine shop in entire Pelling
