Room is OK, but other things were not ok.. Like TV is not working, charger point is not working, I was calling them everyday to short out the problem but they didn't do, last night of departure they took a set top box from another room and fixed it my room. Actually set top box also was not working. Coming to the next point.. The Manager.. He is a loafer type of.. Don't have any courtesy.. His behavior was so bad, he does not know how to speak with customer. Specially with Women.. He also harassed us as he was supposed to arrange a car for siliguri from his Hotel, and it was fixed up from the day when checked in but last night at 9 p.m. he informed us it could not be done.. The next day we had train.. I suggest you please do not check in this hotel.. The worst hotel I have seen ever. Jhumpa Darker & Debdutta sarkar
Stay at Hotel Pemachen

I had come to this Hotel 21 years back with my to be wedded wife and our families. Since then lots of things have changed but the homely Bengali atmosphere still remains. On the flip side it's a bit under staffed, as if you stay on the 3rd or 4th Floors reaching out to the hotel staff might be a problem. But the Manager Mr. Saroj Mukherjee is a real champion who coordinates all hotel activities with ease. I want to advice my fellow travellers/friends to try to book rooms in the 3rd or 4th floors- as there the rooms are spacious and have a good mountain view.

We were in a group tour ,and the tour organiser made us stay on first floor rooms which were dingy and the bathrooms were so small ,you could shower while sitting on pot. The rooms on second floor. were good and third floor rooms were with good views. Staircase to the upper floor are old fashioned and I wont like to climb. Breakfast is served on ground floor in buffet style. May be its good for overnight stay on budgeted tour. We shifted to another hotel.

Bad Location with poor amenities. Rooms are very small with no proper toilets. Had no views to talk about. Would not like to recommend this Hotel. After inspecting the Hotel before checking-in were forced to stay in another Hotel near by.

Fell in love with the pure majestic view of the Kanchenjunga right from your balcony, good service by hotel staff and cleanliness was icing on top. Pelling is perfect place for nature lovers and peace seeking tourist.
