What's Good: Good customer care
Reason For Rating : Good service. The staff of Hotel is very good in customer service. The food provided is also good. As we were planning to visit Diglipur and need to start early in morning at 3:00am, Hotel staff had provided us the breakfast with professionally packed food. Overall stay was good and comfortable.

What's Good: Service
Reason For Rating : The service and food provided was very good. We had booked standard A/C room but Mr. Sanjay has upgraded it to cottage rooms with no extra charge. Rooms were neat and clean. On our arrival, welcoming drink was provided. Over all good stay.

Few Good Points 1- Location is near the beach but out of city 2- Rooms are Neat and Clean Not so Good 1- Hotel owner's way of talking is not good, looks egoistic 2- Lots of Restrictions in the Room. (see the image) 3- No market nearby

I have booked Ripple Resort for our guest Mr. Chinmaya Parida from 11th May to 14th May for 4 nights. Guest gave very good feedback regarding hotel, quality of food and staff behaviour. Specifically manager Rasna Jee who properly take care of guest. We will do regularly booking for our guest. As a Travel agent our priority always goes to highly guest satisfaction and Repple Resort help us to maintain our motto. Thank you

Its not a superfancy luxurious place. So if you're the typical noisy touristy selfie at pool taking kind of traveler then avoid this place. The rooms are comfortable and clean. very basic. The staff was extremely helpful and the owners were a huge help in guiding us for all our activities. The food is nothing great to speak off. But the location is very close to Corbyns cove (barely a 5 minute walk) which is ideal for a nice break.

We stayed here at 1st week of March 18 with my wife and another friend couple. During planning of andaman tour we were confused whether to stay in city area or out of city near beach area. But we finally stick around near beach area and we Loved to be here. If you are going as a couple then you will love the late night walking at covlyn cove beach which is 7-10 mins walk from hotel. We loved the homely atmosphere of this hotel rather than so called robotic professional behavior of city bound hotel. We have not planned any travel plan at andaman at our hotel manager didi helps us a lot regarding avail pass, cruise ticket, ferry ticket and arrange pick n drop to ferry areas. The thing we must mention is good taste of food of this hotel. They just cook simply awesome , and we loved the breakfast . But rooms are not so lavish one, but cleaned .

After seeing review around 3 star, I have booked 3 rooms for 3 families well in advance. On arrival, instead of getting warm welcome, we have faced irritating behavior of Mr.Mandal, Manager. Manager and even Restaurant Staff were not courteous. Though property situated at prime location but rude behavior of Manager and Restaurants Staff discourages ones to stay at Ripple. So stay at your own risk.
